I can’t say enough good things about the vets here especially Dr Valori. I have taken 5 cats here over the past 8 years. My cat just had her 4th, yes 4, surgeries because she finds and eats foam. Terrible cat. The office always gets her in when not doing well without an appointment. Takes great care of princess. And you can tell they truly care. The surgery bills are reasonable. Highly recommend and thank you for your continued care for Snuggle Bug & Princess my terribly naughty cat.

Definitely the best vet in Colorado!! I have brought my little chihuahua princess, here a couple of times since she’s been diagnosed with diabetes. Their whole team is excellent and will always go above and beyond for your pets! They always kept me updated on princess when she would stay over night and always look for a way to help her and do what’s best for her. I extremely recommend this vet for your lil baby’s .

My Dog, had an emergency. His teeth were hurting him. I called your clinic early in the morning and then an hour or two later and then again and they kept saying they were still waiting for an answer from the doctor. In the meantime, I guess I received a Text message saying I could bring my dog in today. I don’t know why I got two different answers. I brought my dog in last week for his teeth exam and. He needs three teeth pulled, and a cleaning. The doctor offered me antibiotics that day, but I wanted to hear what the quote was gonna be first and I didn’t have money that day for the antibiotics.. That’s why I wanted to go and pick up the antibiotics I was offered. So my dog would feel better.

Caring, expert, knowledgeable vets and vet techs. They love our dog as much as we do. We signed up for the pawplan to ensure our puppy has a long healthy and happy life, since she gives us so much love and enjoyment in our lives. We want our puppy to be around as long as possible to enhance our home and family.

I wish I could give a better rating. Lots of vets to choose from and I thought this one was a good choice. I made my dog’s first appointment here at least 3 weeks prior. When I arrived, I was told that they needed to reschedule me and that they had been trying to reach me for ~weeks~. I went back through my phone and found 1 missed call from the vet 3 days prior to my appointment without a voicemail. Anywho, they were able to take me, which I was thankful for. The vet herself was very pleasant but rushed the appointment. Before I knew it, she and the assistant left the room and I was left with several concerns that I was not able to ask about. I waited in the room for a few minutes to see if someone would come back (because it was not clear if the appointment was over) but then came to the conclusion that I was supposed to go check out. At checkout, for every question I asked, the receptionist had to go to the back to get an answer which cause checking out to take about 15-20 minutes. I was given a total, and asked if the new patient discount was applied, which it had not been. After that, my total was $25 less and then I was told I was all set. Since I knew that they didn’t have my email, I knew I wasn’t going to get an invoice sent to me so I asked for one then. After I got to the car, my invoice was $70 less than what I paid for. It was unclear what I paid for which was even more frustrating as I was already having a bad experience. I paid for a health exam that I didn’t even get all my dogs conceded addressed and I still don’t even know what I all paid for. At that point I didn’t want to go back inside as I didn’t want to waste anymore time there. I will go back to my old vet which is much further away but at least I know they’ll take care of me and know their stuff.
