Brought my dog in because I thought she might have had kennel cough from having surgery with a different facility. They had availability same day that didn’t cost an extra arm and leg. They went the extra mile to keep her separate from other animals, having us wait in our car before a room was prepared. She was given medication and she is doing so much better now! I’m glad I didn’t wait. The vet was so good with her, she is always very shy with new people. My dog really liked her and I could tell she felt comfortable. Will be using swan creek for all future vet needs.

Customer reviews present contrasting experiences at Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic. One pet owner shared a positive experience, highlighting the clinic's same-day availability at a reasonable cost when their dog was suspected of having kennel cough. They appreciated the extra care taken to keep their dog separate from other animals and noted the veterinarian's gentle demeanor, which made their shy dog feel comfortable. This customer expressed satisfaction with the treatment received and intends to use Swan Creek for future veterinary needs.

Conversely, another pet owner reported a deeply disappointing experience. They brought their kitten in twice with concerns about significant changes in health and personality. This customer felt that their concerns were dismissed, and a thorough examination and diagnostic tests were refused. Despite expressing worries about serious conditions like FIP or feline leukemia, they were allegedly told to wait. Ultimately, the kitten was diagnosed with FIP at an emergency clinic after the owner sought a second opinion. This reviewer described the initial vet's behavior and the clinic's lack of proper care as unprofessional and dismissive, strongly advising other pet owners to seek care elsewhere.

These differing accounts suggest that experiences at Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic may vary. Potential clients are encouraged to consider these reviews when making decisions about their pet's care.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic. Despite my high hopes, my experience was far from satisfactory. Lack of Proper Diagnosis and Treatment: I brought my kitten in twice, concerned with severe changes in her personality and health. On the first visit, despite my concerns, the vet assured me she was fine without conducting any thorough examination. After returning home, my kitten's condition worsened significantly—she became lethargic and barely ate. On the second visit, the vet dismissed my concerns again, gave her a liquid treat, and blamed me for not having her on a consistent meal schedule, despite my explanation that she was on one. The vet refused to perform any diagnostic tests, claiming she didn't want to expose the kitten to radiation without just cause. Neglect of Serious Symptoms: Even after expressing my worries about potential FIP or feline leukemia, the vet sent us home without any further action. When my kitten's condition continued to decline, I called the clinic only to be told to wait longer since, according to them, she was "fine." Immediate Need for Emergency Care: Thankfully, I sought a second opinion at an emergency clinic, where they found fluid in her abdomen. Later, an animal hospital confirmed that my kitten indeed has FIP. If I had followed the initial vet's advice, my kitten would have lost her life. Unprofessional and Dismissive Behavior: The unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the vet and staff added to my distress during an already stressful situation. Their lack of concern and proper care for my kitten made me feel neglected and unheard as I was treated as overdramatic. Overall, my experience with Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this clinic to other pet owners. If you care about your pet's well-being, I would advise seeking care elsewhere. I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent similar situations in the future.

We were traveling and my dog needed an injection for her allergies. They were wonderful in fitting me in and were very good with my dog . I would highly recommend this clinic. Since we hadn’t been there before we had to see the dr who was awesome and pricing with that was less than I thought it would be which was helpful

My husband and I had to take our 12 year old Shih Tzu Sammy and have him put to sleep yesterday. It was the first time either of us have ever had to have a pet put down. They got us in super quick (as new clients) as his health was going downhill very fast. Everyone was so kind from reception to the tech to the vet herself. Dr. Hubbard was so kind and compassionate and really let us know we were making the right decision for our Sammy ❤️

Our family has taken several of our pets to swan creek over the years & we’ve had great experiences with the entire staff. Our dog Spikey had to be euthanized in 2016 & the staff walked me through the entire process and gave me time to grieve with him in the room. Just last month on NYE my dog Oreo unfortunately had to be euthanized as well and the staff made a very sad situation comfortable, from the receptionist who explained the process & how sorry she was for our loss, to the doctor and then when they sent us a card in the mail and called to let us know his ashes were ready for pick up. Oreo lived a very long and happy life thanks to your care.Thank you to the staff of Swan Creek for being so caring during such a hard time for our family. 💗
