I see the kindness and care that the 'entire staff' shows to their patients (and patient owners too!). I so appreciate every person who my cat (or I) interact with when we are at the animal hospital. And even those behind the scenes doing their job to make our experience all the better! Thank you for your service and for loving on our pets!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make me feel good knowing our animals are in good hands. If something isn’t making sense they will go through everything with you and help you decide what the best course of action for your animals are. Laura at the front desk is amazing!!! She is always going out of her way to help you. Absolutely love this place and everyone who works there.

Sutton Road is the best animal hospital in the area for several reasons, and we've been to many specialists: 1) The doctor is exceptionally smart and caring. She recommended a new (approved late last year) drug for our cat that has enhanced his life. 2) These are the nicest staff/vet techs that I have even seen. It's a pleasure to come in. 3) The clinic itself is not chaotic. It's quiet, and you quickly move into a room. Great for skittish pets or ones that don't tolerate others. 4) The costs are truly reasonable, which is odd for a smaller group, but I believe this is because they prioritize care rather than gouging. I love these guys and highly recommend them.

Unreasonably extremely expensive. A cat exam was charged almost $600. And this animal hospital charge customers extra 6% without notice. On the receipt the amount is $71.50, but actually credit card was charged $75.79. I'd give Sutton Road Animal Hospital "0" or "-" negative stars if I could!!!!!

My cat, Ginger was not yet established at a vet near this area. I am newer to the area so I searched online for close vet offices and Sutton Road came up so I decided to give them a call and I am SO glad that I did. From the moment that I walked in with Ginger, each staff member that I encountered was very nice and very professional. Dr. Yocom made me feel at ease with Ginger's diagnosis and took excellent care of her. She walked me through the entire exam and made sure that myself and Ginger felt comfortable with her. Once the exam was over, Michelle came in to give me Ginger's medications and explained everything to me in detail and showed me how to administer prior to me leaving the exam room. I also really appreciate that the staff did not push any extra tests on me as well, which would have cost more money. The overall price I felt was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sutton Road Animal Hospital to anyone that asks!
