Jan 11, 2019 · A MOne of the worst experiences at a place of bussines I ever had. They were great in offering to see my dog very last minute, but once we arrived everything went south. --- we were from out of town, dog started having severe allergy reactions. They take the 30lb 14year old pup inside by himself. About 7-10min later they bring him out and he's clearly agitated. The assistant is asking me to help them put a muzzle on him. My dog snaps at me, it took no more then 2min to calm him down and for me to regain control over his emotions. I finally am putting the muzzle on him and The main Dr at that same moment comes out shouting they won't see us and demanded that I leave right away. --- I push back, asking her to reconsider. She scolds me and perceived my attempt to change her mind as being "argumentative". Short of begging, I tell her "you can hear the shaking in my voice, I care for my dog and I know he'll be suffering this weekend without extra medication!" - She continues to scold me and says she can give me a sedative NOW but I can't come back. --- The other clients waiting in the lot showed me immidiate compassion offering alternative vets to try along with even CBD style treats to buy to help until I'm able to get a proper vet! I never met a person so callus and afraid. Today I finally found a Vet in my local town who understood the severity of the pain & fear my dog was feeling. This vet had a strong assistant, allowed me inside as well and we finally got the help my old dogo needed!
