I’ve had multiple Veterinarians in my 60+ years, and visited many offices. Dr Costa is, by far, the most knowledgeable of all the doctors I have taken my pets to through the years. She is personable, kind, And caring. She listens, talks with you, not at you, such a rare quality anymore in the medical field. She answers all questions and always makes you feel special. You never feel rushed when speaking with her. After surgery on my Golden, she called that evening to check on him. On one of the hardest days of my life, letting go of my beloved pet, I was an emotional mess. She was tender, and soft spoken to my pet and to us. She showed she cared for all of us! Her office staff reflect her standards of care and communication! Never too busy to answer questions in person or on the phone, and always have a smile!
