I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Heffelman! He is absolutely amazing with my three dogs and really takes the time to know each of them personally. It’s so comforting to see that he remembers all the little details, even if it’s been a while since our last visit. The staff is also incredibly friendly, which makes a big difference, especially when you're worried about your pets’ health. Thank you, Dr. Heffelman and staff, for loving my fur babies and taking such wonderful care of them! You all are the best!

Feb 02, 2024 · Cathe LastDr Heffleman is very caring and knowledgeable. Whenever one of my equine clients calls to ask if I can help with their dog or cat, I send them to Dr Heffleman. All of my pets have been seeing him since he started at Superstition Animal Hospital and we think he is the best!
Oct 21, 2024 · Susan RoachThe staff are good but the vet is super, he helped save our foster (fail) pup and showed generally cared! The backup vet is amazing as well! Don't let his young age fool you, he knows his stuff and both vets love pets! I'll miss the Saturday option times, but glad the Dr. H and his staff have the chance to have their weekends. He isn't the cheapest vet in town, but he is worth ever dime in my option! He helped get our Gracie healthy after we found her on a reservation, dumped off to die! Need a vet, try Dr. H, you will be glad you did!
Oct 04, 2019 · Deanna RobertsonMy Dog had bad diarrhea for 4 days and I was worried he may have ingested a toy. They got me in promptly. I was told it was most likely he got into something but I still wanted x-rays because I was so worried it was a chew toy my dog ate that was along the same time as the symptoms. Possible blockage. The Vet reassured me that it likely wasn’t that and trying to give x rays to my dog would be traumatic (my pup is very afraid). I was astounded that he told me this and was comforted. I’ve had other issues with past pets and asked for x rays and never been told no, and in hindsight it wasn’t necessary just for my peace of mind. No matter, I paid the bill. They were willing to charge me instead of explaining everything was okay and if something worse happens to call back. I don’t go to the vet often. Maybe twice a year for emergency so a Vet willing to explain and calm me as a dog mom to save some money was a win. Please come here!
