I’m not a regular at this hospital however I wanted to show my gratitude for the amazing staff. My mother in law passed 3 years back and left us with her baby. She was 14.5 when we took full control. She had a bad eye problem that my mother in law falling ill could not take care of and Sadie unfortunately went blind. Anyway, Sadie unbelievably pushed on for 3 more years and we had never taken her to a vet. So when the time came we called Summerlin Animal Hospital. Honestly, it was the closest place and we didn’t want to traumatize Sadie with a long car ride. To Dr.’s credit he wanted all of Sadie’s info and story before he would even consider it. The staff had never met us and yet there we were, with our dog we have to put down and they treated us like we had been going there for years. Thank all of you working that day. No surprise they have been there 30+ years. R.I.P. Sadie girl 2/24/25

personalized care for your pet. I've known Jan and Doc Frank a long time and both are upstanding caring people. not part of a chain so it truly is personalized care.

We have been going to see Dr. Reynolds and staff for almost a decade - they have seen us through end of life care for three of our senior pups and one senior cat with incredible patience and caring. They went through literally every treatment option a senior pet can have and gave us the most clutch specialist referrals as needed. They now provide care for our other three pups and I'm reminded why; they know you when you call, they accommodate you with the quickest appointments possible and even in this time of Covid they do curbside drop off and keep you in the loop via phone throughout the service. I highly recommend their vets, vet techs and front office services.

My dog ate a sack of chocolates. I took him to Summerlin hospital. i had no problem with the legitimate charges but I was charged $110.00 for a phone call he said he made to Animal Poison Control. He knew the dog was not poisoned - he just ate chocolates which the vet should be able to deal with. Then, he charged me $75.00 "boarding fee" for the 3 1/2 hours he was there under his medical care. I left there feeling the vet was less interested in caring for my dog than he was in my bank account. So, don't go there unless you have deep pockets.
