Highly recommend. We had a dog that needed end of life care, and these folks were amazing. Not only did they treat our dog and our family with huge respect, they even made a plate of yummy treats for our dog to enjoy before she passed on. It was touching to have such care for the welfare of our dog going through something scary to be so thoughtful. We will be forever grateful for you helping our dog Mini cross the rainbow bridge.

Our dog was seen at Sugarhouse Vet starting in 2014. For a number of years, we had a great experience here. But over the last few years, at each of our visits, we've had a pretty negative experience. When we decline services for our dog, we're made to feel like we're not being good pet owners. The most recent visit last month, when I asked questions of the vet at the visit (to understand the rationale behind the recommendations she was giving, to ask about the evidence base underlying her recommendations), she only got shorter and more brief and was fairly dismissive of my inquiries. In the last few years, we've gotten the sense that the clinic is trying to make as much money as possible by getting us to buy things through their pharmacy and have every expensive test run. If you're willing to follow every one of their recommendations without questioning them and spend a lot of money, then this place might be fine for you. But we are changing our dog's care to a different clinic.

This staff is welcoming, friendly and humorous to make this a less stressful environment for pets and owners. When I left I was informed and confident that my dog was in good hands going forward. I appreciate these guys so much. I won't go anywhere else for my boy.

Dr. Huston is incredible. She went above and beyond to research complex medical issues with our elderly dog and is always so thorough, gentle, and caring every time we see her. She's the best veterinarian I've ever met and I'm so grateful we found her.

This was my first visit. I am impressed by the knowledge and the follow up of Dr. Amanda Perez. I am looking forward to working with her on my pet's healthcare needs. I was also impressed by the vet tech, Nichol, who met with me prior to Dr. Perez. This is a very clean, nice facility that appears to be very well managed.
