Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical Center & Pet Resort

We have used Stone Ridge Veterinary Hospital as well as its Pet Resort. The treatment of the staff as well as the unsurpassed detail and time is given to each guest there. My dogs and cat not only receive all their needed health and medical care but also the excellence in which it is given. It’s such a nice option for a perfectly balanced pet option for your pet. The staff are welcoming and friendly while the doctors will answer as many questions as you have! I love Stone Ridge for all my fur baby needs!!

Wonderful experience… staff very well trained and professional. I started out with 2 fur babies and now have 2 more and they all go to Stone Ridge.. we started out at the Willis location but moved so now go to the Conroe location. Both provide excellent care to our loved family members. We have a Husky , 2 mini aussies and a beagle and they love it there !

After 10 years being my dog's primary vet, and seeing multiple vets in this office to attempt for the absolute best care, my dog's cancer was missed/misdiagnosed. After surgery to remove a cancerous tumor on her leg last summer, Stone Ridge did not do due diligent work - including but not limited to not taking X-rays of proper areas of concern that were expressed and explicitly shown in videos. While they found an issue and began treatment for said issue, it was not the underlying, but very prevalent issue. Because of this negligent oversight and little enthusiasm for patient care I have been stripped of my power to do everything I can to care for my dog, and stripped of time. We have been to the best vets in Houston for surgical and medical oncology now, and while it is now too late to do anything but provide the best days she can have left, this could have been treated with surgery and/or chemo had I been given a proper diagnoses last summer, again last fall, and again 4 weeks ago. I am from Willis and used to own a pet care business. I have referred numerous clients to Stone Ridge over the years and never will again. Since my appointment this past Tuesday at Stone Ridge I have been in contact with 12 different people with similar experiences of their concerns being pushed under the rug, ignored, or mislabeled as other issues, when ultimately all 12 pets had cancer.
