I love this veterinary clinic. All of the staff from the moment we walked in were super friendly. They made my puppy feel comfortable while being there. I liked that the vet got down on the floor and let my puppy love all over her while she was doing his exam. This was our first time there and my puppies' first time at a vet. I would highly recommend

May 13, 2025 · Krystal HavensGoing to try to get through this without crying. Our first visit to this vet was because our bloodhound wasn't acting like he felt well. The staff got us in right away and are all super nice. The vet tech took lots of detailed info and the vet was amazing, sat on the floor with him, not big table. They gave us options but strongly recommended x-ray,. We found out his stomach had rolle, bloat for those that have big dogs. We had his stomach tacked when he was little so we felt horrible about this whole situation. The staff was willing to stay late to help us through whatever our decision was. The vet was very honest about his condition and what the possibilities were going to be. We ultimately had to make the decision to say goodbye to our pet, the undoubtedly the worst part of being a pet owner. They had a seperate room prepared for this kind of situation, nice chairs a big dog bed, blankets and lots of treats with soft music. We had as much time as we needed with him before and after. The room has a seperate exit for privacy. It was the most thoughtful and compassionate way I have ever seen this done in all my years of being a pet owner. Nothing makes the process better but it did make it more comfortable and more caring. The first time meeting this vet was one of the saddest times, but they treated us like we had been going there for years. we will bring our other dog back. Thank you for all the care you gave to us.
Apr 18, 2025 · connie KrierWe had to put down our family cat on 3-11-25 with not a lot of time to make this decision I called Sterling Veterinary Clinic and they got us in just a few hours later to help us send our beloved Misty girl over the Rainbow Bridge. They we're so caring and did everything possible to make myself, my husband, and our teenage son comfortable during this time while we said good bye to her. This is now our fur babies new doctors. Thank you ladies!!
Mar 15, 2025 · Stephanie McGreckI took my bulldog to Sterling Veterinary Clinic for a surgery and it was a great experience. The staff and doctors are fantastic. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I will be taking all my pets there! Thank you Dr. Mullen!
Apr 11, 2025 · Travis DotzauerThe best clinic we’ve been to! It’s brand new and they’ve really perfected every detail! The decor is so nice and fun, they have a great drink selection for pet parents, a nice bathroom, and a surprisingly large back area! They all are so kind and sweet and want you to feel right at home. They absolutely spoiled our dog children rotten with tasty treats to the point where our dogs always want to go there now even though they had to get blood draws it’s like they forgot! The vet staff took a good ten minutes just hanging out with them getting to know them and get them to be comfortable and trusting of them. You can definitely trust your babies with them!
