He listened carefully to our concerns, gave us the facts and possible outcome, scheduled surgery promptly and helped us with her post op health care. His assistant, Heather and the front desk personnel were welcoming and supportive. This is by far the best doctor and clinic we have experienced in caring for our 12 year old pup.
