State Road Animal Hospital

The folks at State Road Animal Hospital are top notch. The staff is very friendly and they will treat your pet like they are one of their very own. It's obvious from the moment you walk in that they are passionate about giving your pet the care they need. Everyone I have interacted with is knowledgeable and willing to teach pet owners to get the right care for your loved one. The communication about what to expect at appointments, test results, etc. is also top notch. If you're looking for a spot where the staff cares as much about your pet as you do, look no further!

They care about your animals and go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible. They have always provided options to save money, they explain all of their decisions and they are extremely affordable. Hands down the best veterinary hospital that I've worked with.

I've had great experiences with this facility. Doctors and staff are kind and knowledgeable. Easy to get appointments, answers to questions, pet lab results, and medications.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they care about the experience your animals have. I am very much a "trust the reviews" type of person, so I don't leave them unless I know the service/product earns the rating. State Road staff will always advocate what's best for your animal, and they're supportive when the news isn't happy. We switched vets not long before our 12-year-old golden retriever passed, but he felt comfortable enough at the new office to say he owned the building and yell at everyone to come greet him when he'd arrive (which they thought was adorable). Our very anxious shepherd mix is also generally happy to be there and see people he's gotten to know well with his frequent visits.

Super caring and compassionate staff. Unfortunately, our dog was in her last days of life and we needed assistance with her passing. They were very understanding of how hard it is on the family at this point in life. They let us spend as much time as needed with our pet and made ink paw prints for our daughters. They even had an emergency button in case we needed any additional assistance at any point. Definitely recommend this facility for anyone going through a similar situation.
