I saw a picture of Chloe and fell in love. I really wanted her. I was thrilled when Ken, the supposed owner, told me shipping and cost of the kitten was $750. I paid via Friends and Family on PayPal. Usually, after payment, the breeders I used would send the flight information. So I was really having second thoughts by his rude behavior and the delay on the flight information. This breeder, works with a scam company that wanted $950 in gift cards. I believe this is a group of scammers. As the Walmart employee explained this is a known scam. I have requested, demanded, asked for my money back. As I never received my kitten and lied to about shipping cost. I believe he is a scammer because on BBB there are several complaints with the same issue.
