i love this place! took my cat there and she was taken care of well. i also get to pick up her meds from the office, which is terrific. plus, i get to see Rudy, Ben, and Jerry when i come in 😍

I had a horrible experience this morning with the clinics rude vet tech Kelly over the phone. I called to obtain new kitten physical pricing and procedure information on declaw, vaccines and neuter, and was told they're not scheduling appointments until July, and that in order to establish care there and proceed with a declaw and neuter that I'd have to have a second physical done by their clinic even if he's already had one with another clinic, as they wouldn't accept treatment records from another vet. He's in need of his second distemper and an initial physical, which obviously I would have to complete before he could be seen there, as they have no appointment openings. It seems ridiculous to me that I'd have to pay for two complete physicals because they won't accept other vet records. As I was trying to sort all this information out in my head, she then also proceeded to tell me that that is their policy and that I can go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I would never bother with an establishment that allows their employees to verbally disrespect their prospective customers, and have emailed Dr Haskins regarding this incident. I wasn't rude to her and called with specific information that I was trying to obtain in oder to get my kitten established veterinary care. This person should not be answering phones, or working at all with the public, as she's not an asset to their business, but a liability. *** I received an email response from Dr Haskins regarding my complaint, and she's choosing to disregard my complaint. The complaint wasn't about that the "phenomenal"customer service representative Kelly (not a vet tech after all) was trying to answer my questions, but that she was simply rude to a prospective customer. As everyone can see by her blase blase response to my complaint above that Dr Haskins does not care how anybody is treated over the phone by her employees. For an employee to say to a prospective customer that if they don't like the policy that they can go elsewhere, is unacceptable. I wasn't arguing with her about their "policies"or giving her a hard time about anything, it's unacceptable, and she should be fired. Dr Haskins apparently thinks that I would spend my time emailing her with an invalid complaint, and she can't quite mentally understand with her higher level of intellect that a situation may have occurred whereas her employee was in the wrong. Dr Haskins doesn't care though how I was treated. She couldn't even validate my complaint, and whether or not she believes my complaint to be of any validity at all, what she should have done was apologized for her staff's rude behavior, and given the perspective customer the benefit of the doubt. Duh ...... So doctor Haskins you can take your blase blase uncaring response and you know what you can do with it, don't you? I suggest that you do not respond back to me any further with your worthless, generic, non caring, deluded perception of what you perceive to be of my experience over the phone with your rude and inept employee, as I find it very boring, and really your time would be better spent taking some customer service classes together with Kelly***

The perfect balance of professional knowledge and friendly caring. Dr Heather always takes the time to answer questions and when I leave the office I do so with the confidence that she has done what's best for our cats and for us as owners.

Amazing experience here with Dr. Haskins. She & her staff have a beautiful practice & everyone went above & beyond taking care of our little kitten. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring & knowledgeable vet who specializes in laser surgery! 🐾😻

Our baby boy got in a cat fight and needed some minor wound care. Standale Vet was closed but I was able to make an appointment via email. When I misunderstood the replay meaning tomorrow I showed up, cat in hand 24 hours too soon. Staff didn’t make me feel bad and they squeezed us in. Thank you all for the great professionals that you are! If you’re shopping for veterinary services, I cannot recommend anyone more than Dr Haskins and the amazing team. She is the best! Update: 02/01/2024: Today another fur baby had to visit Standale Veterinary Hospital and the staff went above and beyond for our largest of the felines. Thank you all!
