I would like to THANK GOD for SFA!!! My Girl NALA was brought in for Emergency Surgery (last year) sorry for the late post… And the level of care before during and after was the best I’ve ever seen. The Dr’s were available by email for all my questions even when I thought I was overreacting. They loved on Nala after surgery as she family and that spoke volumes to me. Both of my girls have been seen here and I really don’t see us going anywhere else. Including before &after pics to show how dire my situation was.

I took my chihuahua up there who is 7 years old and had tartar buildup on his back teeth back in November for a dental cleaning. After hundreds of dollars and hours of shots and x-rays and stool samples and blood work. I was about to be dismissed when I asked aren't you going to clean his teeth? Nobody explained that you have to come back. The lady at the desk told me they would contact me in a week or two and set up an appointment. Sounds good right? Well the appointment came about 90 days later at which point I had to work so my wife dropped off my chihuahua, they made her stand in three different lines that were not even the line she was supposed to be in so after that mix up. She dropped him off so he can get his teeth cleaned. She picked him up and after I asked them specifically at the original orientation is he going to be okay with just a teeth cleaning they said yes his x-rays look good I stressed that I did not want any of his teeth removed! Well apparently they were too lazy to clean his teeth and just extracted all of the back teeth. It would have been nice if they had notified me and told me what was going on because I would have went to a different dentist for a proper cleaning. I can't believe the lies that these people tell. I specifically stressed that the initial orientation that I didn't want his teeth removed that's why I brought him up there early for a cleaning and they said everything looked great! His teeth look fine they should be cleanable and x-rays look perfect. So I don't know which part were lies they either lied to me in the beginning or they lied today but either way they ripped out all my dog's teeth and I'm livid right now. I guess the next step is to get in touch with the an attorney. Because I'm not letting this slide

I have been bringing feral cats here for spay/Neuter for years now, and they have it down to a science. It's very organized and easy. I also take my animals here for vet visits. They get good care, and everything is very affordable, from the check ups to the spays/neuters.

What a great spay experience. I arrived at the scheduled drop off time and it was very organized, seamless even. Pick up was the same, I was pleased that they called owners in the order that they arrived, and the exit was through the back. They had a chalkboard of all the pets they were seeing that day. Staff was incredible. Will bring all of my pets here from now on.
