Today we had to send our girl to the Rainbow Bridge. I can honestly say that this facility treated us with kindness, compassion, and respect. When I called to make the appointment, Wendy was very sympathetic to me, listened to me and all of my concerns. She gave me multiple choices and we went with the private cremation. The staff were all so very kind. When and if we decide to get another furbaby we will definitely be coming here. I was impressed by their professionalism and care. Edited to add photos, today I picked up our girl's cremains, I was surprised to find a beautiful box with her name on it, he paw prints and an ornaments. I cannot express how much I am impressed by the kindness.

I cannot thank St Francis enough for the incredible care they’ve provided for my cat, Tony, during such a difficult time. After he was hit by a car and lost a big part of his tail, the team here truly went above and beyond to ensure he received the best treatment possible. The veterinarians and staff are not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate and patient. I find myself visiting every other day to check on Tony and make sure he’s healing well, and they’ve never made me feel like a burden. Instead, they always take the time to answer my questions and keep me updated on his recovery. Toney is doing much better now, thanks to their attentive care, and I’m so grateful to have a hospital I can trust completely with his health. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be treated with love and professionalism, I highly recommend St Francis Hospital!

My dog had a urinary tract infection and my regular vet was closed. ST. Francis got my Daisy girl in and took care of her. They did a great job.
