They helped my cat and made sure she was well. Very good care and very understanding. Very affordable care and very kind staff. Cricket approved!

They call themselves a Hospital, Yet in a emergency situation could not see my Dog for 3 days for a chocking matter, Labored breathing. The first place I called in Manchester told me to get my dog right in. This St.Clair pet Hospital is truly a joke. Not concerned at all for the pet, just the outrageous fees they can collect. Thank God there is Pet Hospitals outside of St.Clair that are concerned....

This is not a vet? The lady answering the phones was amazing but the human that they called a vet was not one. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap prices and knockoff vet. When a dog is scared they bark. If you’re scared of a barking dog then don’t work with animals. A small girl four times smaller than you at an animal hospital walked her in on a leash even after she got barked at. She didn’t cowardly tell you to take your dog home because she was a joke like you. And you should be the last person to judge if a dog should breed because after all you probably bread yourself and have little minions of yourself walking around but that’s not my business and it was not your business if I chose to breed my dog or not. Many other actual vets don’t share your opinion on my dog so thanks. You were asked to treat her eyes and instead you refused a pet. How many doctors tell parents to take their baby’s home because they cry at them? None that I know of. What a joke. Maybe the vet there should let the lady answering phones handle the pets since she is not a coward and let the person that identifies as a vet handle answering phone calls. I won’t be going back and I won’t be referring any animals to have to deal with that poor treatment. I have found another vet who is not scared of barking dogs. They are located in union. I’ll be leaving a great review for them later if anyone needs a vet. Check them out.

I appreciate the ladies at the front desk, however, the vet is fearful of dogs and shouldn’t be in this business. He always acts like he is afraid of my dogs. He tied up my dog’s mouth today to give him shots. I asked him what he was doing and he said that my dog has it in his history that he bites. Why? My dog has never bit anyone and is super friendly! My dog recently had to get his head shaved and wounds cleaned and he was licking the vet (not this guy) that was helping him. After the visit today, I told them I wasn’t coming back and wanted my dogs’ records and they didn’t even ask me why.
