St. Charles Veterinary Hospital

I've never been to this hospital, but my first impression from when I walked in the door was very welcoming. On November 19th I took my Sweet Lexi in to be looked at due to my concern for her. Each person I came in contact with was very concerned about the issues my Lexi was going through. The Vet was very honest, which was very appreciated, and with a broken heart I had to lay my Sweet Lexi Lou down to cross the rainbow bridge.. during this whole process the staff here were very comforting and compassionate of the situation I was going through. I appreciate every one here, for their compassion and love they showed to not only me, but from what I observed from others coming in with the pets. My Lexi is no longer in pain.

Dr May is the sweetest. We lost or former little hedgehog and everyone was soo kind (especially to my very sad 11 year old daughter who fought for her little hedgehog). Recently we went back with our two new little hedgehogs and they were given so much love by the all the staff. Everyone is the sweetest from the techs to front end staff and the vets. Recommend completely.

Last week I had to rush my dog in. I was a mess but they were so patient with me. The way they handled me and my dog meant so much to me. They were kind, understanding and most of all they were not judgmental. They were honest when I needed them to be. Unfortunately it was not the outcome I was hoping for. They were so compassionate and I felt like they truly cared. My heart hurts every day for Eevie but I am thankful for the way she was treated. That’s one thing I watch for when taking my babies to the vet.

Ten months since OSA diagnosis. Nine months post amputation. He is still happy, energetic, goofy, and strong! Thank you again to St. Charles Veterinarians, technicians, and staff who helped us so VERY much post op and took pristine care of Indy. We are thankful for everyday! Loved how both my puppy, Milo, and I, got so much individualized attention. Milo was cared for and loved on. My questions were all answered with patience and care, even having so many as a first time puppy owner wanting to do everything as best a possible. We love May!
