Great place and awesome staff. Never had any issues with them. Always there to help you and not for the money. That has been my experience with them, unlike other vets that only care about charging you for stepping into their door. I Highly Recommend this place if you are looking to get a good care for your pet and save some money.

Based on available information, St Bethlehem Animal Clinic has garnered varied feedback from pet owners. One customer review highlights a positive experience, praising the clinic as a "great place" with an "awesome staff." This reviewer noted that their experience indicated a focus on helping pets rather than solely on financial gain, recommending the clinic for good pet care at a reasonable cost.

However, another review presents a significantly contrasting experience. This pet owner recounted bringing their Saint Bernard to St Bethlehem Animal Clinic for issues of constant itching and fur loss. Initially diagnosed with allergies, the pet was treated with steroids and antibiotics, but the condition reportedly worsened. The review states that a referral to a dermatologist in Nashville was suggested, with a potentially high consultation and testing cost. Subsequently, the pet owner sought a second opinion at another veterinary clinic, where the dog was diagnosed with scabies through skin scrapings. The reviewer expressed disappointment with the initial diagnosis and treatment at St Bethlehem Animal Clinic, highlighting the prolonged suffering of their pet and the subsequent spread of scabies to other dogs and family members. They credited another clinic, Blake’s Animal Clinic, with the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it is important for local users seeking veterinary care to weigh these experiences. St Bethlehem Animal Clinic operates within the Pet Hospital category, implying that they should offer a range of diagnostic, treatment, and preventative services for pets. Typically, a pet hospital provides facilities for examinations, vaccinations, surgeries, and potentially housing for animals requiring overnight care. The environment of a pet hospital should be clean and comfortable for both pets and their owners, designed to alleviate stress and facilitate effective treatment.

Features commonly associated with reputable veterinary care providers include experienced and compassionate staff, up-to-date medical equipment, and a commitment to accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans. While one review suggests these positive attributes at St Bethlehem Animal Clinic, the other raises concerns regarding diagnostic accuracy in at least one instance.

When choosing a veterinary care provider from the Pet Hospital category, it is often beneficial to consider multiple factors, including the range of services offered, the clinic's environment, the qualifications and experience of the veterinary staff, and feedback from other pet owners. While one review praises the care and cost-effectiveness at St Bethlehem Animal Clinic, the other presents a serious concern about the accuracy of diagnosis and the impact on the pet's health. Potential clients may wish to inquire further about the clinic's diagnostic procedures and staff expertise to make an informed decision.

As a Pet Hospital, St Bethlehem Animal Clinic likely offers services such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, dental care, and treatment for illnesses and injuries. They may also provide more specialized services depending on their facilities and staff expertise. Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given data. However, pet hospitals often highlight their commitment to animal welfare, the experience of their veterinarians, and any unique services they offer. Based on one of the reviews, a potential feature could be perceived as a focus on providing care without excessive financial burden, which could be a significant benefit for pet owners.

In conclusion, St Bethlehem Animal Clinic is a Pet Hospital located in Clarksville, TN, with contact information readily available. While one customer experienced excellent care and affordability, another reported a significant misdiagnosis with adverse consequences for their pet. Local users should consider these perspectives and conduct their own due diligence when choosing a veterinary care provider for their animals.

Will never bring my dogs here again! Back in April we brought my Saint Bernard here because she was constantly itching and losing fur, they told us it was allergies and threw steroids and antibiotics at her for it to just get worse and they kept saying it was allergies, told me to bring her to a dermatologist vet in Nashville when I called them they said for the consult it was $500-$900 and then if she could get the testing it would be $1200 not counting the shot they would make her, we finally brought her to a different vet he took one look at her and said it was scabies because of how she looked, lost fur and her ears crusted, he did four skin scrapings and confirmed it was scabies and even showed us the mite! He gave us medication and she finally started getting better! But because of how long it took we had great our other dogs our house and ourselves treated because we got scabies as well, we paid our over $1000 just to be told it was allergies and my poor dog suffered she was in constant pain, itching, loosing fur and was not acting like herself thank god for Blake’s animal clinic WHO diagnosed her and actually treated her she is finally getting better! She is finally starting to play again and act like herself and slowly getting her fur back! This place does not know how to care for animals at all! Because they couldn’t do their job my poor dog suffered!!!

They’ve always been helpful, work with you to get the top care for your animals, and really show that they care with every visit. My cat, Rosie, is a nightmare at the vet and they still handle her like newborn that just so happens to bite and scratch because she's scared. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Paid for a heart worm test/shots during a board and received negative test results. I didn’t need a preventative refill at the time of the test. I called a few months later to get a prescription and they refused to fill it without bringing our dog in to get an “exam” since they didn’t exam her when they did her shots and test prior. If you need an exam for a HW test to be usable the Clinic should have done that at the time of the test!!! Not my problem. Money grab. Absolutely ridiculous. We will not be back. They called our previous vet and they confirmed they wrote us a year prescription for HW prevention to prove she has been being treated. Last prescription shipped in June this year. 6 month supply…Still refused to sign off on it.

Would never come back here. Only came because our vet was closed and I was worried about my dog so I brought him in as a precaution. Waited in the waiting room for close to two hours, I wasn’t the only one waiting this long when it was not busy at all. I get back in a room finally all they do is take a fecal test and they say it will take 10 minutes. An hour later my husband goes out to see what the deal is because nobody has come in to update or anything. She says let me go check and instead of returning to my husband waiting at the desk she comes to tell me and I have to call my husband back in. Doctor comes in 10 min later and gives a list of “precautionary things” they can do (stuff I can do at home) that would be around 200 dollars and she says for a blood test would be another 2-300 and i wouldn’t find anything for days if I went with that. I wasted four hours to get nausea meds only and still paid 100 something bucks. you also get charged a “convenience fee”. Spent money and spent hours of my day just to not feel any better and get some nausea meds. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real emergency vet if you need or find a new one ☝️
