My pup was excited to go to his appointment. Clean office, friendly & professional staff, doctor was knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns I had for my older pup. Appointment was right on schedule, couldn’t ask for better service.

Very comfortable and Happy with Dr Babbler and his assistant Daniel. Pam at the front desk is so sweet. You will love this practice.

They get zero stars in my book! Even they I live literally across the street from them, I would rather take my animals to Golf Rose and Dr. Byrd. I took my animals to Spring Valley for years, even before they moved to their new location. Dr. Stewart and her staff were awesome. Over the years things began to change and the front desk people were nasty and argumentative. My neighbor called today to try to get one of her cats in - it used to be mine - and was told that my animals were “blocked” because of my attitude! This cat doesn’t even belong to me any longer and they still won’t see her. What kind vet clinic is that!!! Don’t go here there are far better options in the Schaumburg area!

I have been going to Spring Valley for 11 years, yes, Dr. Flanagan and Dr. Stewart as well as their staff were absolutely amazing. My dog unfortunately has to go every four weeks and I really feel the doctor and staff have come along way to accommodating the Needs of our fur babies. I think people just need to give them a chance. They have a big shoe to fill as far as how wonderful Spring Valley has always been. I’m hoping my reviews continue to be positive with positive experiences as I will continue to go there as of right now.

Friendly professional staff. Obviously care about the animals. Easy to work with. Spring Valley Veterinary Clinic makes working with them easy. There's good communication and friendly service. Making appointments and keeping track of medications is easy using the App they use. Every member of the staff has been wonderful to work with.
