Sploot Veterinary Care - Highlands

I literally have nothing bad to say about Sploot and I recommend this vet to all of my friends and family. They have multiple locations which is very convenient. My dog is anxious and over protective and every single staff member we’ve encountered has been so kind and understanding and gentle. They check in on her after every visit, they’re extremely communicative, and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions with confidence and even have free doggy bags with toys and treats!

I was honestly pretty worried about going to a "corporate" style vet for the first time as a new client. I was incredibly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. The doctor was the first DVM I've seen that ACTUALLY listened to me and came up with a treatment plan for the future. Most vets just send you home with antibiotics but he took care of her discomfort with fluids and probiotics. Then referred me to see an internal medicine DVM to do further diagnostics. I am truly amazed at how dedicated this team was!

It was easy to make an appointment. The fees are reasonable. The staff are friendly and caring. The use of technology was event and helpful. The vet we had was very competent. She was all business and not overly friendly. She spoke very fast so was a bit hard to follow.

We took our puppy Sandy to her first appointment today. We were really impressed with the hospitality of the staff. They treated Sandy with gentle care. We will be taking Sandy to Sploot Veterinary care for all her veterinary needs.

10/10 would recommend! As new puppy owners, Sploot has made this experience so easy and our dog Hazy actually loves it. Everyone we’ve worked with has been incredibly welcoming. They facility is super clean, organized and efficient. If you’re shopping around for a new vet then look no further!
