This place is INCREDIBLE. After dealing with pharmacies in town that would make me split up meds, take days to fill an order, etc. I switched to this place on a whim. They compound my pets medication into little liver flavored treats for less than the cost of pill pockets and then ship it to me within 24 hours. Their customer support is always easy to reach and knowledgeable.

Specialty Veterinary Pharmacy Introduce

Welcome to Specialty Veterinary Pharmacy, a specialized platform in the Hospital category dedicated to providing convenient and tailored medication solutions for your pets. Located at 4159 Bluebonnet Dr, Stafford, TX 77477, USA, we aim to simplify the process of obtaining your pet's prescriptions.

As an online veterinary pharmacy with a physical address, we focus on providing accessible medication services. While specific details about an in-person environment are not described, our services are designed to reach local users through efficient processing and shipping.

Our key service is the compounding of pet medications into palatable forms, such as liver-flavored treats. This can be particularly beneficial for pets who are difficult to medicate with traditional pills. According to one customer, this service is offered at a competitive price, even less than the cost of pill pockets. Furthermore, they highlight the convenience of quick shipping, often within 24 hours.

A significant feature of Specialty Veterinary Pharmacy is the focus on customer convenience and medication adherence. The ability to compound medications into appealing treats can make administering necessary prescriptions much easier for pet owners. Additionally, the positive review mentions easy-to-reach and knowledgeable customer support.

However, it's important to note that one customer reported an issue with an incorrect order and a delay in receiving a refund. While assured of a refund that was supposedly processed on March 6th, they were still awaiting the funds at the time of their review. Their attempts to follow up with customer service did not result in a resolution.

While no specific promotional offers are mentioned, the convenience of compounded medications and efficient shipping, as highlighted in one review, can be considered a significant benefit for pet owners seeking easier ways to administer medication. For inquiries or to learn more about our services, please contact us at (877) 673-3705 or via mobile at +1 877-673-3705.

I was charged for an order I never received because it was incorrect. I was assured a refund, and the transaction was posted back on March 6, but I still haven't received my money. I called last Monday and was told it was being processed. I called again today, and the agent said accounting would return my call—but I never heard back. Please assist. I’m still waiting for my refund!

I am writing this as someone whose kitten was diagnosed with FIP at the age of 10 months. I had NO clue what I was in for when it came to navigating the complicated labyrinth of treatment. I was extremely fortunate to learn about SVP on a reddit thread. I decided to try their pharmacy because they were licensed in 40 states. Also, they had one of the most affordable options--1/10th of what we would have paid for the brand name. We immediately contacted them and paid the rush fee to get our kitty on the treatment ASAP. Within days, she started to have more energy. We set a reminder to call them in 3 weeks so that we could have refills sent through standard mail. I am writing this post 3 months after we started--she finished the treatment last week and is enjoying her best life as the energetic kitty she deserved a chance to become. It is no exaggeration to say that SVP saved her life. I hope that more vets will learn about this effective treatment and reach out to have their questions answered. I hope that individuals looking to care for their pets know that they can call SVP and have their questions answered as well. There is so much misinformation out there that makes a compounded GS formulation sound like a lesser treatment. It is not--there are strict standards required for compounded medications. You will always hear conflicting information, but there are good people out here putting the life of your kitty ahead of profit. I'm so grateful to SVP for helping us get the record straight.

I do not understand why i had to jump through hoops again and again to get lifesaving medication for my pet, and now because of it I have to sit here and watch my cat die. I placed an order on Monday, you guys however decided not to even attempt to reach out to his vet's office until Tuesday, and on Monday your web order department marked my order as completed when it was not. I had to make phone calls several times to not only fix that, because I'm sure if I didn't then you guys wouldn't have ever known I placed an order, but to ensure that you guys would be on top of it to reach out to my vet and get that prescription that was sent over confirmed which felt like pulling out nails. THEN you guys charged me more on top of that, which I understand because you gave me a whole other medication, but it is ridiculous that it went up so much. Now I don't understand why a pharmacy wouldn't try overnight air shipping for medications that for some pet owners I'm sure would be more than happy to pay if it meant a lower chance of delays. But now my medication for FIP which is actively killing my cat every day that I've had to dealt with this is delayed somewhere and isn't even projected to get here until tomorrow and as far as Saturday - my cat will more than likely be dead because of it. I have spent the last of my money expecting that this medication will be here in time, and now instead I have wasted money for a cat that more than likely will not even live long enough to see it.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with SVP Pharmacy for several reasons: 1. One of their female staff members failed to inform me about the prices of the medication before processing my new prescription. As a result, I ended up paying a much higher price this time compared to my previous order, with no explanation. This lack of transparency feels completely unreasonable. 2. I was also given inconsistent information. When I called the first time, a male staff member assured me that all forms of the GS441 medication had the same price, which is why I chose the liquid version. However, this turned out not to be true. 3. Their delivery process is frustratingly unclear. Despite selecting same-day delivery, I received no updates about the status of my package, and as of now, I still haven’t received the medication I ordered for one-day delivery. When I called to inquire, I was told they don’t have tracking numbers or information about the carrier, which is completely unacceptable. This medication is urgently needed for my cat, who has been diagnosed with FIP. Their lack of urgency and care for a life-threatening situation is appalling. 4. On top of all this, the staff didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience or their mistakes. When I called this morning, the staff member I spoke to was cold and indifferent. She tried to justify the failure to communicate the medication price as if it was the customer’s responsibility to accept the cost without question. This attitude was disheartening and unprofessional. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers or the pets who rely on them. Their repeated lack of responsibility, poor communication, and utter disregard for the urgency of the situation are unacceptable. They seem to care more about making money than ensuring the well-being of pets. This experience feels like a blatant violation of consumer rights, and there should be compensation for their failures. I do not recommend this pharmacy and will not be using their services again.
