I took both my cats here to get fixed and they did an amazing job! My cats healed very well. Great and sweet staff that really helps you understand the process/after-care.

We took our three female cats to be spayed and were very happy with the whole process. The staff was very friendly and thorough and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family! This is one of our beautiful cats and she is named Mariposa. She also gives SNN two paws 🐾 up!

The center was giving out free shots which helped our baby Kiki! The workers were so sweet and really friendly. I have brought to pets here and now our last baby. We not only love the prices and services but the friendly faces as well. I was recently quoted $700 for my dog to get spayed and didn’t have the money and found this center that cut the price by 3/4. Will definitely recommend our family and friends here!

I brought my 1 year old pup to get spayed here. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. They gave us all the after care instructions, and meds needed. I was worried because she wasn't herself but they had mentioned that would happen. It has been 5 days since then and she is healing well, and is very much herself now. Thank you all for taking care of my fur baby❤️

I took my dog to Spay Neuter Network for his neutering, and while I appreciate the service they provide, my experience was far from ideal. When I arrived, the front desk staff directed me to wait with my dog inside the restroom—a highly unsuitable and uncomfortable waiting area. To make matters worse, they completely forgot about us, and four people who arrived after me were checked in before I was. No one acknowledged the mix-up or apologized. When I picked up my dog, no information was provided about his procedure. Instead, I was simply asked to follow them to retrieve him myself. Once I got home, I noticed the surgical area was extremely red and cut up. Concerned, I called the next morning to ask what had happened, and thankfully, the person who answered the phone was very polite and professional. They explained that my dog was stressed during the procedure and that the clippers caused razor burn. While I appreciated their explanation, this was something I should have been informed about at the time of pick-up to avoid unnecessary worry. While the affordability of their services is commendable, the lack of communication, organization, and proper customer care during and after the visit was disappointing. That said, I was grateful for the professionalism of the person I spoke with the following day, which helped alleviate some of my concerns. Spay Neuter Network has potential, but they need to improve their processes to provide a better experience for pet owners and their animals.

Both my female and male dogs were spayed and neutered at Spay & Neuter Network and were treated with the utmost care and attention. I was nervous at first but the staff were very informative and very supportive of my concerns about the surgery. I am very grateful and pleased with the outcome and successful surgeries my dogs had at this clinic. I highly recommend anyone looking to get their pet fixed, to definitely get it done at San Antonio Spay and Neuter Network.

I was referred and greatly assisted by Misty. I met her at my bank. I was having difficulty finding help and information on helping us with a stray we found. He was not fixed. Not chipped so we couldn't find the owners. She actually worked with getting dogs fixed and vaccinated and was even able to show me how to make my appointment. At a very low affordable price. Awesome! Bubba is now recuperating from his surgery.

They are always super sweet and truly care for your pets and communicate with you. I appreciate them very much, I have taken 4 of my pets with them and all have had the best treatment and experiences, I had 1 bad outcome not because of them, but my male pitbull is a handful and they helped me with him and checked him out his hematoma and walked me through a little extra procedure, they called and texted me until he was healed and I adored that. That is why I took my other pits with them. My bully is aggressive towards other pets that do not live with her, that was a different experience and still they were able to help me and walked me through what they will do to her and she is doing good so far. Thank you a million times.
