Spay Neuter Express

Brought in my cats to have them spayed and neutered. Very professional. Office was near and tidy. Check in was easy and quick. Got a phone call letting me know that my animals were ready. When I came to pick them up, the front office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They went over aftercare with me and was quite thorough. Really appreciated the low cost veterinary care. 10/10 highly recommended.

I took my dog here last month and have mixed feelings. Although the surgery went well and the incision looks great, I’m not happy with how this business communicates. While my dog was in surgery, they called me and when I went to answer I accidentally hung up, naturally, I called back and no one answered. Since it was hours before his scheduled pick up time, I was very worried something happened to him. I called over 5 times, sent a text and no one ever answered me. I went to pick him up, they said everything went wonderful and to call or text if we had any issues. Fast forward about two weeks post-op, my dog experienced some vomiting and diarrhea, as instructed, I called and left a text and received absolutely no communication back. They communicated very quickly with me to set my appointment to take my money, but can’t be bothered to communicate about anything else. That’s what I can say about this location.

This place was super gross once we stepped inside. I understand they are helping many people with their cheap pricing and that is why we came here for vaccinations. Two of the ladies helping us at the front had high tension between each other and we could tell they did not like one another. We also asked for a nail trimming and found out the next day that they only clipped half the nails on our kitty. Would not recommend for those who can help it, there are many other low cost clinics who provide more professional services.

I brought my basset hound to spay and neuter express and I am thrilled with the whole ordeal. They were extremely affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! They saved me over $600 than what my vet quoted me for a neuter. I am very grateful!

Very clean and very efficient vet, we took our 4 cats to fixed and the staff made it all seamless with making sure all the information was 100% correct, they made payment easy and most of all we were 40mins from home to get there and planned to stay in town until the cats were done and they actually offered to try and get them done early so we could get back home earlier, I very much recommend going here to get your animals fixed
