Absolutely amazing people. I thought Kumo might've had ear mites, but my gut told me I should get a exam done just in case. Glad I did! She had some kind of allergic reaction/seasonal allergies that caused her to scratch herself so much that she developed a bacterial infection. Super understanding people, thank you all so much! I can really see how much everyone cares for the pets ❤️❤️❤️

Never again. We have taken our dog here for over year and had great experiences. Wait time is always high but other than that they have always been great with my dog. Moral of the story we took in a dog yesterday who was limping and possibly deaf. He had been in our home for over 24 hours and had not once seemed aggressive. He was very timid when I first brought him in but he warmed up quick and just laid around the house with us. I was at work and my husband was home with the kids and he was tending to our son while something happened between our daughter and the dog. She stated he bit her but then she also said he scratched her. (She is three years old) so I had the pediatrician call in antibiotic and we cleaned it up right away. It was a very tiny scratch that barely broke skin. I called the vet just to see what I needed to do and the lady I spoke with made me feel like a terrible mother. She asked me if I had called animal control and I explained that I had not bc I just wanted to know how to address the situations and she stated “well I don’t really know what to tell you, call animal control because you did take a dog in off the street and now it has bit your daughter.” I already felt bad enough and we truly didn’t know if he had hit her or not and I feel like every time I have to deal with someone on the phone they make snarky comments, and this could’ve been handled so much better.

The best veterinary clinic,staff and Dr. Sam Young is the most sensitive and experienced man I have ever met he helped us at the most difficult time in our lives having to put our sweet Star down! It was so hard on us daily we ended up getting our new baby Belle, she had her first visit with Dr. Young he told me I had good taste!

Had a great experience. The staff is amazing and was very gentle with all of my fur babies. From my cat to the Chihuahua to my Rottweiler! A smooth process and always willing to give extra info on taking care of each individually.
