Dr. Bryd is very knowledgeable and kind with taking care of my cockatiels. Dr. Bryd keeps up with all the latest technology. She knows her job. Staff and associates are very friendly and when I need appointment or if emergency, they always get us in. A very clean environment no matter what time you have appointments. Alway on time and Dr. Bryd takes her time with the cockatiels in their exams. Explain in detail everything I need to know and what to do and what not to do. She is great in our books and would not go anywhere else unless she retires.

We has brought other animals to Southwest in the past, and they have always been wonderful. This the first time we brought Kali, and we really appreciate that we were treated with concern and care. We appreciate Dr. H and the team so much for taking care of our Kali, like one of their own.

I had my German Shepherd groomed by Daniel yesterday and he did a wonderful job. Her coat is so shiney and soft she looks beautiful. Dr Hendricks and staff have done a wonderful job treating Callie.

The veterinarians and office manager here is awesome and if it was just vet clinic I would give them a 5 but the grooming area deserves a 0. My dog had to be put down due to the groomer’s negligence. In a bad situation the vet clinic did everything to make things right and I believe truly cared about the situation but I would not take your pet to the grooming service until Daniel is gone. Now I know accidents can happen and I would not be writing a review if Daniel had handled the situation correctly. I also would not have written a review if he had apologized but I have heard nothing from him to show that he is remorseful. He was grooming my dog Rio and did not have the safety leash on during a bath. I understand the reasoning for him not wanting the leash on but he bent down to get a towel and still did not latch the leash, my dog did what dogs do and jumped out dislocating his hip. Again accidents can happen but Daniel then lied to cover it up when asked why he was limping. Stating nothing had happened. It wasn’t until my third visit to the vet and a request for the camera footage did we figure out what had happened. My dog laid in anguish for 3-4 days with his hip dislocated. After 24 hours the prognosis is decreased that the hip can be reduced and stay in place. Now granted they have a 50% chance of dislocating again anyway but that fact is he lied to cover it up at my dogs expense. It became a bigger ordeal when due to my dogs age and the treatment causing skin breakdown caused things to get worse. Eventually the hip ended up popping back out and they could not get it back in. The only thing they could do was a surgery that had a high likelihood of failing due to his age or amputate the leg and I chose not to put my older dog through that. He eventually had to be put down. My dog was a happy dog who still acted like a puppy even though he was 13. In the end if I had not taken him to the groomer he would still be alive. DON’T LET DANIEL AT SOUTHWEST GROOM YOUR ANIMAL!
