We received excellent standard-of-care treatment and truly appreciate the expertise provided. The staff was kind and supportive, making a difficult process more manageable. However, some aspects of the experience were disappointing. One provider’s bedside manner was more than lacking, which added unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. For the amount invested, the facility itself could be better maintained, and the overall coordination of services could be improved. Additionally, while we are grateful for the care received, the lack of follow-up afterward was disheartening. A simple check-in would have meant a lot. A key takeaway—always seek second opinions and explore all available options. If we had only followed the initial recommendations, we wouldn’t have had the extra time we cherished. While the care itself was valuable, improvements in communication, provider approach, and overall attentiveness would make a significant difference.

A wonder staff and Dr Krysta Deitz was the best! She was compassionate and took her time explaining my dogs condition and best course of treatment! I would definitely recommend this office.

I want to thank all the staff for the warm welcome and the quality of care that was given on our unexpected visit. The comfort of getting to know you and what you are going through made me feel like I was part of the family. The support and kindness made this experience just a little bit easier for us. I truly cannot thank you enough for helping Whiskey. You are saving our pets everyday & you are a true hero. 🐾

We are so grateful that our vet sent us to SEVOMED for diagnosis/treatment for our Abby. Dr Wells and her staff were very kind and caring to us and Abby. We were shocked with the news that she has cardiac cancer but Dr Wells was so compassionate and she offered us several options for her care.
