South Suburban Low Cost Veterinary Services

I've always been in awe of the level of treatment that I've received over the years, SS genuinely cares about THE BABIES (animals) & everyone is VERY WELL versed in their duties. I have 2 dogs(Dena & Donnetello) , 6 cats (soon to be 7), I Foster for SSHS & I'm grateful for EVERYTHING SS has done for my babies! When calling there have been times no one answered right away, but I'm not the only Pet Mom they're helping, I'm not self centered & I understand. I'll just call back a few minutes later, my call is answered & the wonderful ladies at the front desk assistant me happily. People need to take in consideration that people helping you aren't machines, you may be a little irritable because your fur baby is sick & want quick results. Learn to be respectful, I'm very sure that'll be returned to you easily because I've never once had an issue & highly recommend SOUTH SUBURBAN for Vet services!!!!

Our visit was an excellent experience. The waiting and procedure areas were very clean. Our waiting time to be seen was very quick. The veterinarian and the assistants were very professional and clear in explaining what was done and what were our next steps. The convenience of NOT having to go out to the receptionist and wait..engage with other pets waiting to be seen But .. being able to pay and book our next appointment IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM with the vet after we completed our visit was Stellar!!

The low income clinic veterinarians and staff go above and beyond to show love and compassion to both pet guardians and their animals. I absolutely highly recommend South Suburban Humane Society. They prioritized my senior cat Waterhorse when we were in an emergency situation and calmed me when I was in utter distress they gave me reassurance and valued my beloved boy as much as I do. Two of the veterinarians are major cat lovers and have 8 cats themselves at home that they rescued and they value your cat as if it were your own. They know the stress that comes with being a low income household in a tight situation and they let you know they are in your corner and that everything will be ok which means the world. I myself pick South Suburban over any other low income clinic as they shown me grace, understanding, and empathy at the highest level. This place is built upon a strong moral foundation it’s not just a job to them, and their kindness and compassion goes beyond the walls of the building and into our homes and daily lives as they are aware our pets are family and mean the whole world to us.

Amazing staff! Dr. Quinn was great! All of the handlers with my dog were amazing. They were very understanding and patient with his anxiety as well as mine. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend and worth the drive from Indiana. This is also were we rescued our dog from. Thank you!

I love this place. Took my dog snow when she was having ear and allergy issues. Also adopted her from there.
