Most of the staff was so friendly and helpful! Mallory was amazing at the front desk. Erika was so great with my dog and my kids-and very knowledgeable. Dr Gavin was so helpful. The one negative, I overheard the manger yelling behind the scenes. It was disturbing to see such a level of disrespect in such a professional environment. Even one of my boys (a 3 year old) noticed and pointed out that someone was angry. I believe her name was Krystal. Other than her my experience was great.

I love South Mountain Pet! They have taken such great care of our Bernese Mountain dogs! We did our OFA hips & elbows with them for both our girls. And they helped us care for our mama and the 2 litters of puppies we’ve head. Such an excellent and very knowledgeable vet & office staff!

My first visit to South Mountain totally exceeded my expectations! The people at the front desk were beyond friendly and made me feel right at home. The vet and the techs were very kind, knowledgeable and took amazing care of my dog, Moki. I was referred to this office by several people and now I completely understand why! Looking forward to this amazing relationship.
