When my dog Sandy wasn’t eating and started panting, I knew something wasn’t right. I first brought her to our regular vet, who recommended that I take her to SAVES for further evaluation. From the moment we arrived, the team at SAVES was kind, professional, and compassionate. They took great care in assessing Sandy and quickly identified that she was experiencing back pain—something that wasn’t immediately clear. Thanks to their expertise and thoughtful care, we were able to get Sandy the right treatment and some much-needed relief. I’m so grateful to SAVES for helping us understand what was going on. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs urgent or specialized care for their pet.

The entire staff from check in to nurses and doctors were extremely attentive, caring and professional. My dog was very well cared for and I was very well informed of all that was being done. Test results and directions for further care were well explained and very informative. The facility was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely take my animals there again! Thank you for a great experience and care!

SAVES literally saved my cat’s tail when VEG only wanted to amputate. We arrived 2 Saturdays ago after a terrible experience at VEG (see my review on their page for that story). Our cat had a serious wound on her tail called a degloving. VEG had told us the only option was amputation or wait to see a surgery specialist on Monday or Tuesday. We ended up at SAVES to get wound care so we could call our regular vet on Monday. The vet at SAVES said “I know you’re here for wound care but I’d really like to stitch this closed.” We ecstatically said “YES!! We thought we were coming for stitches and VEG only wanted to amputate!” 2 hours later our cats tail was stitched closed and now 11 days later her stitches are out, tail completely healed! First picture- morning after stitches were in. Second picture- day 11, with no stitches! Thank you SAVES for saving my kitty’s tail! She appreciates still having it!

I had a great experience at SAVES. It was late at night and they got Luna in right away. The doctor there was super friendly and explained everything in an easy to understand way. They were very helpful. Luna is doing much better now after the medicine they prescribed.

We can not thank you enough for the care you gave Lucia over the past couple days. The whole team from administration, techs, and vets were extremely professional. We are very impressed with how you handled everything! Hopefully we will not be coming back anytime soon, but if there is ever a need we know our pup will be in good hands. Once again, thanks for helping us during this stressful time.
