If I could give a 0 I would. Tried to get an appointment and the lady interrupted me and told me they weren't accepting new patients. Well that's fine, but you don't have to be so mean about it. One day you will be accepting new patients again and nobody is going to come there because of your very rude employees. I hope the vets are nicer to the animals than the employees are to potential clients.

Dr Conlon cared for both of our 16 year old Shih Tzus. And Dr Ben Byers did the ACL surgery on both of LuLu’s back legs. Continued care was given for 3 more of our Shih Tzus. Keeping them well was just as important as the last day when each dr helped me with the final goodbye. I appreciate our country clinic. I feel like unnecessary tests are not performed, prices are kept low, and even with a cut on doctors the staff have maintained quality care.

Tried to call to make an appointment for my dog. Got interrupted and was asked if he was seen there before. I explained no he hasn’t been there and the very rude receptionist said “well we aren’t accepting new patients” and the just hung up on me. If this is how they treat a potential client I can’t imagine how they treat your pets!

Genuinely no point of you guys being open if you are not accepting clients because I doubt you have too many clients.
