Small Door Veterinary - 14th Street

Amazing place! They took my dog in last minute even though it wasn't in their policy and literally treated him like he was royalty with treats, a comfy chair, and his own bowl of water. The vet was also very kind and took time to hear about my pets history which I really appreciated The front desk person was also extremely welcoming and offered me coffee while we waited for our appointment.

Amazing office, the waiting area and hospital itself is so beautiful and clean. I was genuinely welcomed by the front desk when I came in and even offered a refreshment while I waited for my appointment to start. I loved that that had some retail items available to browse too! The doctors and nurses were all so lovely and do a great job walking me through the exam and reviewing all the different treatment options for my cats. Their practice manager, Ashley, is so friendly and professional! Super easy to book through the app (I was able to get an appointment scheduled same day) and they even have a telehealth service that you can use between appointments. This soothes an anxious cat mom like me! Would definitely recommend Small Door to anyone with a pet.

Small door has been an amazing for us. Dr. Randolph is always super thorough and peppa loves him. They always have availability and very accommodating if a reschedule is required. The staff is super sweet and when peppa had surgery they kept me up to date. Would give them a million stars if I could.

I was blown away by Dr. Chase, Jenny, and Kim and how they took care of my vet-phobic four year old dachshund. This was our first visit and I selected this vet because of how easy it was to make an appointment - the vet down the street made me send in a new client form and took weeks to get back to me - where as Small Door was very responsive and invests in client experience. Upon arrival my dog knew exactly where she was and made multiple attempts to escape - this included running out of the exam room and to the front door. Dr Chase and Jenny were in no rush and made sure to put Stella at ease - we sat on the floor and there was a general interest in learning about her day to day (she's very healthy) and her medical history. The treats they pulled out was above and beyond! Although a "bundle" was mentioned - I didn't feel like there was an attempt to sell me any products above and beyond what Stella needs - I even felt comfortable asking Jenny if the current Pet Insurance policy I have makes the most amount of sense. I would recommend Small Door 14th Street to friends, family, and you reading this review.

Just took our new dog here for her first vet visit and we LOVE Small Door! Staff were super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Our pup had to get multiple shots but felt calm and safe due to the friendly faces at Small Door (and the generous amount of cheese they gave her). The app is also super user-friendly and makes it easy to understand costs and keep track of upcoming appointments. Thank you!
