Who knew that onions were toxic for dogs! I was so thankful for the expert care and concern provided by Dr. Burrell and the ENTIRE staff at Silverlake Animal Hospital. Arthur turned out to be just fine after eating a piece of onion on Thanksgiving!

Dr Quast, front desk ladies and the vet tech were very sweet to Rue while she had her visit. She was contagious with what was likely kennel cough. It was really nice that we were able to go straight to the exam room and pay for her visit and receive a receipt while we were still in the exam room. It shows the staff keeps other clients in mind and takes measures to keep them as safe as possible so their furry friends don’t get sick.

We took our 15 year old cat in for a checkup and pain injection. I asked for the labs to be drawn in the patient room, and they agreed. I was able to talk to our cat and ease his anxiety through the process. Dr. Quast examined him and answered our questions. He got his shot and we went home.
