I’ve been going here for over 5 years. My elderly cat is 17 years old and of course has arthritis. Over 6 months ago I contacted my vet about Solensia, a cat arthritis medication, which I had read about on the internet. This medication changed my cats life! She’s jumping around like a 4 year old cat again! It has greatly improved her quality of life, she’s able to run, jump, and play, things I never thought she would be able to do again. My cat is very spicy and has a huge personality. At Sibley Animal Hospital they treat her with such care and love despite her spicy personality. When administering her monthly medication, the staff treat her with such care; I truly appreciate them and the vets here for everything they do in caring for my born again baby.

Doctor Davis has been taking care of My moms dogs Farrah and Oprah. They are both 15 years old, they may not be able to see very well anymore but they still are at a healthy weight, play/run around outside and bring us love and joy. We credit that to Dr Davis, my mother also wanted me to make a point to say she likes Claudia as she is engaging, friendly and kind. Thank you Sibley Animal Hospital for helping us keep our beloved girls just a little while longer.

Always awesome service and caring for my Bella! Bella's is always taken care of. Dr. Davis and the entire staff (Sue, Idaly, Marjorie, Francis, Margaret, Tim, and Heather) are all very attentive and caring when I am upset and scare for my Fur Baby! They listen to me and ease all of my concerns. I would never take Bella anywhere else unless they are closed, and it is an emergency. I LOVE THEM ALL!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could!! The nightmare started when my Husband and I first got there. We had to call and let them know that we were there, wait in the car for approximately 15 minutes after appointment time for them to tell us to stay in the car until a room was available. A disgruntled woman who never smiled, never introduced herself and seemed impatient with our dog on the scale and in the room. The nightmare continued with them having lonnnnggg pauses waiting for the next person to come in and pretty much wanted to give our dog some vaccination shots which we said we would do on next week especially after quoting the price , we wanted to deal with his initial issue of allergies. Another lonnnggg wait and the Doctor came in with 3 vials and I had to ask what it was for and she said it was for the vaccination shots so there was a mixup in communication between her and the other worker or no communication, just assumption! A price of $66.00 was quoted for the medication needed since we wanted it right away for his allergy symptoms. We saw the Doctor who performed basically the same thing the other two did asked questions and in 7 minutes was done with the Q & A and the Answers and Questions. Waited approximately 25 more minutes in the room and actually had to open the door and ask if we were supposed to be waiting because it took FOREVER to get the medication and then was told that the medication was going to be 120 something after being told $66. Tried to get us to get more pills than was quoted and then as if it couldn’t get worst, was charged around $96 which wasn’t mentioned when I was told a deposit of $72 was needed for the exam. Nothing mentioned about the additional charge just to “ see” the doctor. I don’t care if it was just a dollar over, it is bad enough with the economy we are dealing with now and a place like this to jump on the bandwagon of hidden fees is unacceptable and inflated prices is unacceptable! I see why they have a flyer up that says no cursing or foul language will be tolerated because I’m sure they get ALOT of that once a person hears the bill amount! What a scam and ripoff. Should have been told this upfront! The nightmare ended after leaving disgusted at 6:09 with a 4:30pm appointment. The receptionist even acted as though we were keeping them there after hours but actually THEY were the ones moving at a snails pace while we waited a long time in between each of the 3 people. Never again! Don’t waste your time or the money because both will be a regret!! So much for trying somewhere new. Definitely will go back to where I know good service and good prices and good timing are available!
