I got adopted by a cat on December 20,2024. I am not a cat person, but it was 18 degrees F outside, and she followed me to my car. No one responded to the Pawboost I placed so I made arrangements to get her spayed. Sheets did an amazing job as they did with my dog Tanner 4 years ago. My cat recovered well, but I had to go out of town for training with my job. While I was away, my cat took to overgrooming herself, and had wounds all over her body. I left a message with Sheets. I didn't hear back so I took my cat to Truss vet on Battleground. Truss got my cat's skin issues under control, and Sheets did a follow up. I booked the follow up exam with Sheets as they run a cat rescue, and they know their stuff. I've donated to them on and off over these past 5 years. I mostly booked a dental exam because the vet at Truss said the cat had gingivitis. It turns out the cat's teeth are fine. She was just cutting her adult teeth; it was all a huge relief not having to pay for a cleaning and extraction on a 6 month old kitten. Dr. Scott is the best! I will be back for my dog's vaccines. Even with upcharges, these guys are on par with Piedmont Communities Spay and Neuter Clinic. I'm not wealthy, and now that I have a cat and a dog keeping the vet costs down is a priority. They're cheaper than Cobb Animal Clinic and Banfield; I received the same care as I would've had at Cobb. They have good customer service, and I have no complaints. Realize these guys are busy, very, very busy. Piedmont Communities Spay and Neuter no longer does dental cleanings and only does low cost vaccines. Piedmont Communities also has inconsistent hours and I never know when they're open. These guys have picked up the slack. They may not call you back right away, but they will call you back. They called me so you guys need to be nice and persistent. They also have 2 people running that small waiting room. The fact they do the amount of care they do without too many issues is a testament to the vets and staff. I've been vet hopping for awhile now, mostly due to costs and losing income from layoffs. For now I only need routine care, I brush my dog's teeth daily, and am trying to get the cat used to it too. I give both of them omega 3s, and hip/joint supplements. That goes a long way in having a healthy animal. I know it's hard out there finding a regular vet that has the time, and good quality staff. I think I.found an ok place for the routine stuff for now. And if cost is an issue, please consider pet insurance the day you adopt your pet. Lemonade insurance starts at $10/month.

Based on real customer reviews, Sheets Pet Clinic stands out for several key aspects. Many pet owners have highlighted the clinic's efficiency and the caring nature of its staff. One customer, who unexpectedly adopted a cat, praised Sheets Pet Clinic for their excellent spay service, recalling a similarly positive experience with their dog Tanner four years prior. This suggests a consistent history of quality surgical care for both cats and dogs.

Another significant feature of Sheets Pet Clinic is their involvement in animal rescue. The clinic reportedly runs a cat rescue, indicating a deep commitment to feline welfare and a wealth of experience in cat care. This knowledge base proved beneficial to a customer whose cat was initially misdiagnosed elsewhere with gingivitis. A dental exam at Sheets Pet Clinic revealed the kitten was simply teething, saving the owner unnecessary costs for cleaning and extraction. The customer specifically commended Dr. Scott for his expertise and expressed their intention to return for their dog's vaccinations.

For budget-conscious pet owners, Sheets Pet Clinic is frequently mentioned as a more affordable option compared to other veterinary clinics in the area, such as Cobb Animal Clinic and Banfield. Customers have stated that the level of care received at Sheets Pet Clinic is comparable to that of more expensive establishments, making it a valuable resource for those seeking quality veterinary services without breaking the bank. While upcharges may occur, overall costs are reported to be on par with low-cost spay and neuter clinics like Piedmont Communities Spay and Neuter Clinic.

Customer service is another area where Sheets Pet Clinic receives positive remarks. The staff is described as kind and sweet, and the clinic is appreciated for its transparent pricing. One pet owner who had their puppy spayed at the clinic lauded the ease of appointment booking, the helpful pre-surgery instructions, and the clear aftercare guidance provided. These testimonials suggest a clinic that prioritizes clear communication and a positive client experience.

It is important to note that, like many reputable veterinary clinics, Sheets Pet Clinic can get very busy. Customers advise patience and persistence when contacting them, as the small team manages a high volume of care. While immediate callbacks may not always be possible, they are known to respond. This high demand is seen as a testament to the quality of care provided by the veterinarians and staff, who manage to deliver a significant amount of services effectively despite their busy schedule.

Sheets Pet Clinic appears to be a reliable option for routine pet care, including vaccinations and dental exams. While one customer mentioned "vet hopping" due to cost concerns and income loss, they found Sheets Pet Clinic to be an "ok place for the routine stuff for now." This suggests that the clinic effectively handles preventative care, which is crucial for maintaining the long-term health of pets. The clinic's ability to offer services that Piedmont Communities Spay and Neuter Clinic no longer provides, such as dental cleanings, further positions them as a comprehensive care provider.

In conclusion, Sheets Pet Clinic in Greensboro, NC, offers a range of veterinary services within the Pet Hospital category. Their environment is characterized by a dedicated and busy team committed to animal welfare. Key services include spay and neuter surgeries, dental exams, vaccinations, and general routine care for both cats and dogs. Features that stand out are their affordability, particularly when compared to other local clinics, their involvement in cat rescue, the expertise of their veterinarians like Dr. Scott, and their good customer service. While they may experience high demand, leading to potential delays in response, their commitment to providing quality care at reasonable prices makes them a valuable resource for pet owners in the Greensboro area. We had our 6 month old puppy spayed here and I had a wonderful experience I just absolutely loved first of all being able to make an appointment without jumping through the hoops, they sent multiple reminders and pre surgery instructions! The check in process was simple and the staff were all so kind and sweet! The after care instructions were handed to us and the pricing is phenomenal, they were super transparent about it from the start which I really appreciated! Definitely recommend!

If your cat has dental issues, Sheets is the place to go. My baby Stuart is getting the majority (maybe all) of his teeth removed due to stomatitis. Dr. Sheets knows what she’s doing when it comes to stomatitis kitties; she tells you what needs to be done and does a great job executing the treatment plan. I thought I was going to spend thousands on multiple tooth extractions, but Sheets is shockingly cost effective. Everyone here is friendly, and they do such a thorough job and explain everything so well. I felt very secure leaving my baby with them all day. You can tell that everyone genuinely cares about the work they do and the animals they help. I’m so glad I found this place! Stuart will also be very glad I found this place once the anesthesia wears off!
