Dr. Doolittle my beloved friend. I had three pets that she cared for and truly changed their Quality of life. After there passing I went through a depression and wasn’t able to properly thank her for everything she did for us. We love you Sharon and I know Neji, Jasper and Gina did too.

We are so fortunate that we found Dr. Doolittle a few years ago. My dog Abby has been a patient of hers for a few years now and this time last year she got diagnosed with lymphoma. I know that without Dr. Doolittle Abby would not have made it a year after her diagnosis. Aside from her knowing exactly what my girl has always needed she is the most compassionate person/ vet I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has always gone above and beyond for us. If you are considering making an appointment with her I would highly recommend doing so. She’s the absolute best and we are so thankful for her and everything she has done for myself and Abby. I also want to add a thank you to her staff because they have also been amazing and so helpful everytime I’ve called, emailed or went in for an office visit.

Dr Doolittles approach to health and healing is so special and my dog really feels comfortable during our appointments with her, something he usually has anxiety about when visiting a vet office. Her wellness plans have really helped my dogs energy levels and road to healing. We really look forward to our appointments with her, she’s the sweetest soul! I can’t recommend her enough ❤️

I would like to address Ariel Dong's "emotional stress" as a pet owner. In Ms. Dong's own words, "I cannot express the tremendous emotional stress this has taken on me, as a pet parent who needed HELP for her pets." I have to suggest as a fellow "pet parent", dear Ariel, you could have actually taken the time to bring your pets to their appointment; not only considering your "emotional stress", but mainly considering your immediate concern for your pet's health (perish the thought I mention you commandeering the schedule of a conscientious, sought-after vet trying to run her business). It seems your complaint is more about your personal "emotional stress" than it is about your "emotional stress" concerning caring for your pets. It strikes me that you now "actually have the time" to write a negative Google review when a person chooses not to put up with your meshugas. You are complaining about the person who went out of her way to help you. Dr. Doolittle & her staff care about people and their pets. She spent her personal time with you on the phone listening to you and addressing your concerns weeks before your initial appointment. She was concerned for you and your pet's welfare. Her recommendation healed your pet's ailing! You should be thanking her. She moved her client's schedules around to accommodate you on three occasions. Again, you should be thanking her. But no, you seem to think throwing money at her for missed appointments is what she cares about? Do you understand those missed appointments could have been helping other people's pets??? That is what Dr. Doolittle cares about. Helping animals. And unfortunately, she had to take even more time away from that care to write the facts about what actually transpired concerning your complaints. My dog has been in her care for two years. She has done wonders to help her. She is dedicated. She cannot help your pets if you do not show up. As well, she cannot help other people's pets if you waste her time by not showing up.
