Whether it’s an annual checkup or illness, they always give the best care and attention and never try to oversell. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly and make both my pet and I feel at ease. The doctors take the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions, ensuring I understand the best options for my pet’s care. The team is personable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I truly feel my pet is in great hands every time. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care!

I’ve been a Charlotte resident for over 20 years and have been through many different veterinarians Hoping to find the best fit for my furry family of dogs and cats. Dr. Welsh has a genuine concern for the animals under her care. She will call me personally to discuss results, progress, etc. In addition to the phenomenal care she provides, the Sharon Lakes staff are kind and caring. It’s service you just can’t find anymore. I tried a few offices closer to my home and switched back to Sharon Lake’s. I would not trust the care of my fur babies to any other facility.

I took my pup to see Dr. Welsh for a comprehensive wellness evaluation to follow up on something that I became aware of and my current vet never mentioned. I was very pleased with my interactions from the first phone call to set up the appointment until I checked out. The staff was wonderful and caring. Dr. Welsh never made me feel rushed, listen to me, and gave a thorough exam. She was informative the whole visit while I was in the room. Put my mind at ease and offered recommendations and was never pushy. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new vet. Very compassionate and caring. My pup overcame any anxiety with the love and care received. Thank you!!

Dr. Welsh and her team do a wonderful job with our dog Knox. He can be funny around new people and gets very anxious coming to the vet. They do their very best to make Knox feel comfortable and safe while he’s visiting. Just this week Knox had a couple growths removed and they look amazing care of him during the whole process. We will be moving soon and I am very sad to have to leave Sharon Lakes Animal Hospital. Thank you for taking great care of our boy over the last 5 years.

We had a great 1st visit here! One of the best experiences in a vets office that I’ve ever had. They were very kind towards our scared little guy and gave plenty of space. Offered for us to go in for weight checks whenever to help him get more acclimated to the location. Excited to bring our next dog there for her check in!
