Dr. Snow did a wonderful job with my 11 1/2 year old Chihuahua of removing a fatty tumor that was larger than a golf ball under her my dog's arm pit. She also cleaned my dogs teeth and removed 3 loose teeth. The whole staff made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. Both Dr's were very reassuring.

  • Surgical Procedures: A prominent service mentioned is the successful removal of a "fatty tumor that was larger than a golf ball" from an 11 1/2-year-old Chihuahua by Dr. Snow. This indicates their proficiency in performing various soft tissue surgeries, even on older patients, with a focus on successful outcomes and patient comfort. Surgical capabilities are a cornerstone of a comprehensive pet hospital.

We recently had emergencies with 2 of my fur babies. We had to put them down exactly 1 month apart. We were not clients of this practice but they helped us at a time of great need and were so kind and caring in helping us deal with the loss of our 2 girls. We are forever grateful to them.

I would love to give them five stars because of how caring and wonderful the actual vet was but unfortunately because of some other people working there I will never go back here again. I went in to pick up my cat after our second visit and they acted like they weren't going to give me my cat. Apparently when quoted the price they only included part of the expense and my husband had called to ask why the price was different unbeknownst to me. Because of this I was talked down to by the horrible condescending lady behind the counter. Total lack of professionalism.

DO NOT take your pets to Sevier County Animal Clinic. They will change your pets medication and NOT tell you when you pick it up. They also randomly quit offering pet medication and not let you know. The staff is completely RUDE and they don't care if you do business there. The front desk staff needs serious training on customer service! I told the front desk that they make it so hard to do business with them and she told me if I didn't like going there to use Dr Dennis in Pigeon Forge. They truly just don't care!! Definitely not someone I want caring for my pet! Save your time and go to Dr Dennis in Pigeon Forge! They helped me out on a Friday night with medication for my dog that Sevier County Animal Clinic left me hanging! I'm DONE with them!
