We've known Dr Ludwig for 14.5 years, caring for three of our dogs. He gave a more thorough exam of our dog than my husband received at his doctor! We never felt like a 'number' or felt rushed while Dr. Ludwig spent time to answer every question we had. Very professional yet we felt he really wants pets to be happy and healthy!

I won’t take our dogs anywhere else! Dr. Newland and Dr. Kirby are awesome and the rest of the team is fantastic! We had a terrible experience with Banfield prior and I’m very happy we found Seneca hill and made the switch. As our lab is now 14 and we just welcomed a puppy to our home having a vet we can trust has become incredibly important to us. When they have to go in I feel like the doctors and the team truly care for and love our dogs, the vets talk through alternatives with us for any medicines, vaccines or treatments which is the exact opposite of what we had beforehand. This is the same reasons our friends and neighbors recommended them and my only regret is we didn’t switch to them sooner! I think anyone who has watched their active dog get older and slow down can understand I want someone who is more concerned about keeping him moving and comfortable than being given the hard sell every visit for upgrading to expensive dental plans or ultrasounds for “elevated liver levels” that have been the normal for my dog since he was 4 and showed to be nothing other other dozen times they convinced me to put him under to scan him that only led to an expensive bill and him having an upset stomach for the next 2 weeks. Bottom line go with a vet who cares for your pet like you do and that’s Seneca hill!!!!

Dr. Newland is the most personable Vet I have ever met. She knows how to explain my options. I need direct feedback and I trust her. My little dude does not fear her or her staff. Great place, great care, and I am grateful. Thank you, Cindy and Boudreaux.

My golden retriever was groomed and she looks wonderful. The experience was great. She is terrified of dryers, but they accommodated her. She had never been groomed professionally before and they did a terrific job with a scissor cut. They were very patient and gentle with her. I would happily return.

Great vets - they take the time to explain every treatment and really care about your pet. I know our dogs are receiving the best of care. Would highly recommend!
