Friendly place. They give vaccines in the neck which isn't preferred in case of a reaction doesn't provide much for worst case scenario. Always plan on an extra hour. Never on time and habitually overbooked appts. Would probably find a different place but hard to transfer all three dogs.

Welcome to Segner Amie DVM

Welcome to Segner Amie DVM, a local platform within the Pet Hospital category, located at 111 Valleyside Dr, Delaware, OH 43015, USA. Segner Amie DVM provides veterinary care services to the Delaware, Ohio community. Based on the available online reviews, experiences appear to vary among pet owners.

Regarding the environment, one reviewer describes the place as "friendly." This suggests a potentially welcoming atmosphere within the clinic. However, no further details about the physical environment, such as the waiting area, examination rooms, or overall cleanliness, are provided in the available reviews. Therefore, a comprehensive description of the clinic's environment based solely on the provided information is limited to this single positive comment about general friendliness.

In terms of services, the reviews mention the administration of vaccines, specifically noting that they are given in the neck. The reviewer points out that this location for vaccination is not preferred due to potential limitations in managing adverse reactions. Beyond vaccinations, the specific range of other veterinary services offered by Segner Amie DVM is not detailed in the provided feedback. Therefore, while we know they administer vaccines, the full scope of their medical, surgical, or preventative care offerings cannot be determined from the given information.

Several features of Segner Amie DVM can be inferred from the customer reviews, both positive and negative. One potential positive feature is the "friendly" nature of the place, as mentioned by one reviewer. However, other features highlighted in the feedback present areas for consideration. One recurring point is the issue of appointment scheduling and punctuality. A reviewer states to "always plan on an extra hour," noting that the clinic is "never on time and habitually overbooked." This suggests potential challenges with waiting times and appointment management. Another feature mentioned is the practice of administering vaccines in the neck, which, according to one reviewer, is not the preferred method due to concerns about managing potential reactions. Additionally, a negative experience with customer service over the phone was reported, with a reviewer describing a staff member as "very rude and short." This raises concerns about the initial interactions for new customers.

Considering Segner Amie DVM within the "Pet Hospital" category, the limited and mixed feedback provides an objective, albeit incomplete, picture. While one customer found the place friendly, significant concerns were raised regarding appointment punctuality, vaccination practices, and customer service. The difficulty one reviewer mentioned about transferring three dogs to another clinic suggests a level of established clientele, despite the noted issues. However, the reasons provided for not giving a higher rating include being overbooked and the negative phone interaction. These points indicate potential areas where the clinic's operational efficiency and customer relations could be improved.

In terms of promotional information that can be objectively derived from the provided reviews, it is limited. The mention of a "friendly place" could be seen as a positive attribute. However, this is counterbalanced by the criticisms regarding appointment delays, vaccination location preferences, and poor customer service experienced by at least one potential new client. Therefore, any promotional message would need to acknowledge both the positive aspect of friendliness and the areas where customers have reported negative experiences. For local users in Delaware, OH, it is important to be aware of these mixed reviews when considering Segner Amie DVM for their pet care needs. The information suggests a friendly environment to some, but also potential issues with appointment management and specific medical practices, as well as customer service interactions.

In conclusion, Segner Amie DVM in Delaware, OH, as a local Pet Hospital, has received mixed feedback. While described as a "friendly place" by one reviewer, concerns have been raised regarding the location of vaccine administration, significant appointment delays due to overbooking, and instances of poor customer service. For local pet owners, it would be prudent to consider these points when making decisions about their pet's veterinary care. The difficulty in transferring multiple pets, as mentioned by one reviewer, highlights the inertia that can sometimes influence choices, even when there are reservations about the quality or efficiency of service. Ultimately, potential clients will need to weigh the reported friendliness against the noted drawbacks to determine if Segner Amie DVM meets their needs.

Called to try and schedule an appointment asked a simple question. Woman's name was Michelle. Very rude and short with me. If they treat a new customer this way right off the bat I'd never take my pet there. Very poor customer service. And Way over booked I see why they don't have 5 star ratings.
