Scout Veterinary Urgent Care - Lincoln Park

I needed an urgent visit after a lump on my dog’s tail ruptured. It was easy to make an appointment. He was sedated for the first clean up, and we’ve been back almost everyday this week for rebandaging. Everyone has been very sweet to him. They are quick and thorough, keep me informed, and things are healing well. They even did red and green bandaging today for our Christmas party! I love my regular vet, but will definitely return to Scout if we have another emergency. Tip: they validate parking in the Lincoln commons parking garage across the street.

I’ve been to this clinic twice with my cat, Olive. Once for a potential worm issue, and again today for a case of pink eye. The staff here is warm, kind, and informative. The only thing that I would change is that I wish they offered wellness so they could be my primary veterinarian! Love this place. Absolutely recommend for pet urgent care.

Scout made it easy to get an urgent care appointment online. Their staff was great with both me and my dog (who is quite anxious). The care team was thorough and made sure I understood what they were going to do and what I needed to know once we left. While I hope that I don’t need to go again, if I do it will be with full confidence in their care team.

10/10. Could not recommend Scout more! We acquired a stray dog and were able to get her in same day. The prices were reasonable and everyone there could not be more helpful and friendly. We were taken to a private room right away and were there for about 2.5 hours so expect a long visit if you’re bringing a stray but it’s only because they’re so attentive! They’re very transparent about their prices as well. Overall fantastic experience! Edited to add they also took the time to sit with us and have us ask all the questions we had without feeling rushed. Again, could not recommend enough!

My visit was seamless - from booking the appointment on my phone, to the check-in process and all of the communication I received after my visit via email. I love the online dashboard for my pet, which allows me to stay organized and track visits. The Dr. listened to all of my concerns and put together an action plan for my 10 mo puppy who has encountered lots of different health issues. What stood out to me the most was the staff - they were ALL very welcoming and knowledgeable. The physical space is beautiful and clean. I parked right out front on the street. We definitely recommend Scout after our initial visit.
