I love Susan Sattler. She very much loves what she does and it shows. She took care of our lovebird for 14 years. I referred a friend to her for her cat. Things happen and now that cat lives with us. Dr. Sattler has saved his life and continues to take excellent care of him. And a shout out to her incredible staff!

Dr. Susan Sattler is no longer at this veterinary practice, she retired quite a few years back. However some of her employees still are like Leigh. We came today to drop off our beautiful kitty Precious, who crossed over the Rainbow Bridge last night. We are heartbroken but we know she is in good hands where she will be cremated and her remains will be given back to us in a sweet urn. Thank you for being so kind to us -- take care of Precious for us pls, this one last time. Thank you.

Treated my dog for over two months for a supposed urinary tract infection. $168 every two weeks. I stopped taking him and the supposed infection cleared up. Then when he was ill they saw him twice. Blood tests and x-rays $1000.00 just to tell me there is nothing wrong. After insisting there was they told me they couldn't help me to go to Blue Pearl. We couldn't get an appointment for over a month. We awoke to him having major seizures and painfully passing away before we got to the pet hospital. They sold out to a corporation. You can't go in with your pet. How can you truly show and explain a problem. We had been with them for years. Once she sold out it was done. Compassion is all talk for them.

Susan Saffler is a Terrible Vet . She's only out for the money. Has had our 14 yr old dog for 8 yrs. Charges Outrageous money put our 14 yr old Jack Russell on Xanax for 6 yrs for Anxiety. Never had her meds on time. Now she just took our 14 almost 15 yr old dog off her Meds. Always trying to have Procedures done on her. Like a 1000$ tooth cleaning. Which she had 5 wks Prier. I'd Never take her back there.If our dog lives without her meds. She will have withdrawals. She's just not a good Dr and wouldn't recommend her to Anyone.

We miss Dr. Sattler and her care for our fur kids. 20 years as our vet, now retired. So Blessed to have had her so long.
