I appreciate the personalized service and kindness that I’ve from front desk personnel, who communicate promptly with MDs when warranted and always know my pets by name. They make timely referrals, when specialist are necessary, allowing for continuity of care and timely interventions for your pet. They give practical advice that is within the scope of what your pet needs and what your family can manage. Emergencies are handled in a timely and thoughtful manner. Their heart is in it. From the senior providers to the younger generation of surgeons and general practitioners, you will receive excellent insight and service. They have been caring for all of our large breeds since the 90s. If you have a large breed specifically, this is for you.

This last visit was the best vet experience we've ever had. My dog displays a lot of fear based aggression that makes it hard for her to get thorough inspections or treatments, but Dr LeGrange and Vet Tech Nate were so amazing and had such a way with her. They had a calmness to them, were gentle, and accommodating. The appointment was a great success for us! We've seen a couple other Drs here as well, and they are always kindhearted, as attentive as my dog will allow, and follow up with invested interest. Great office with a solid team.

We love San Juan animal hospital! The staff are friendly and professional and they take such good care of our two senior pups. They evaluate your pets’ healthcare needs carefully and thoroughly. They take the extra time to answer questions, explore options and train pet owners how to manage at home special medical care.They and their well-trained staff are consistently kind, caring, professional friendly and helpful. They are simply the best!

The veterinarians and staff here are the best. My family has been bringing their animals here for over 30 years. I love that no matter what you will always be seen and never turned away. There is always a vet that is available to help. I know there might be less expensive places to take my babies, but the love Care and compassion that my animals receive is priceless.
