My normal vet was overbooked and I was able to get into this vet who is slightly more expensive BUT LET ME JUST SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! THEY WERE AMAZING! Cleanly and thorough and I was not able to afford 100% of what the vet recommended at the moment bc bills are due but they didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. Very welcoming from start to finish. My one of my boys saw Dr. Jessica Robinson, and she was so great with him. My boys took to every staff member they encountered.This vet visit made my day.

What an amazing team! From the front office receptionist to the vet tech and doctor, everyone was wonderful. They immediately put me at ease, and I felt confident my pet was in great hands. It’s evident that they truly love their work and are exceptionally skilled at it. They even accommodated me at the last minute and took fantastic care of my cat. After following the doctor’s instructions, I noticed improvements in my pet almost right away. My cat is doing so much better, and I attribute that to the excellent care provided by this facility. I also found their prices to be very reasonable and fair. It shouldn’t cost a fortune to ensure your pet gets the care they need.

Saddle Creek is a very caring place and they took great care of my part feral cat by taking him in last minute and neutering him for me. He also had an injured leg which they took care of and I was very pleased that they could help him.

My 9 month old puppy electrocuted herself on an extension cord, and Saddle Creek vet had an immediate opening to check her out. Dr. Gomez was awesome and introduced herself, and I felt she was very competent. She explained the dangers and gave Lily a thorough exam, and I felt confident with her outcome, which was very good. I found the staff very caring, understanding, and friendly.

Check in was quick and easy, the waiting room was spacious and clean, the wait time was short. The vet was caring and best of all, I could be with my fur baby during the exam process. Pricing in my opinion was fair and down to earth. What else can you ask for. So I give this five stars.
