Too bad I can only give 5 stars because Sacred Hearts provided excellent care for my 2 cats, and they deserve 10 stars across the board. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. The facility is modern and well-equipped. Services are comprehensive, and I highly recommend their quality pet care. Cassandra in the front desk is amazing, and the vet tech dude is funny. I love that place.

Dec 22, 2024 · Ahmed ElagouzThe vet here is absolutely the finest in the area. She is so kind and enthusiastic. She keeps her focus on the pet while thoroughly explaining everything the owner has to know. She is someone who obviously truly loves her job and it’s wonderful to see. The staff is also so sweet and thoughtful. I love how they write your pet’s name on the board! Such a cute detail.
Jun 13, 2024 · M. ErwinAfter adopting our little girl, we were told by the Corona Animal Shelter to bring her here to be spayed. What an awesome staff! Cheyenne greeted us, and made our little Chloe extremely comfortable. When we picked her up that afternoon, Brandon bent-over-backwards to explain her special care needs during recovery. If we weren't so far away, this would definitely be Chloe's regular vet. Can't say enough good things about Sacred Hearts!
Jun 17, 2024 · Tom RodmanThere a nice vet but give you the hardest time to order med on your own. This is the only place I have to call back multiple times to get med approval. My dog had a surgery scheduled and I order the meds advised 5 days before his surgery to make sure they were here in time. I was told they could approve it until the day of his surgery because it might change (they didn’t tell me that until day off when I asked if they approved the meds yet). It’s didn’t change. I requested that Friday to have it approved so I can have the shipped over night. I was told that they couldn’t get ahold of pet med to approve but I was able to get ahold of them no problem and multiple times that day and requested for the pharmacist to call which Scared hearts did not answer their call. Sacred hearts then said they didn’t get any call and they can’t approve them until tomorrow. They finally approved then the day after his surgery all got me to find out they don’t over night meds on weekends. My dog will now be a couple days without antibiotics and pain meds for a couple days because of them not seeing the urgency in approving his meds before hand. I drove an hr away because I could barley afford his surgery anywhere else so if I can save money on meds to help then I will. I have saved over 250$ on the medication by just getting them online and not at the vet and I just feel as if they made it hard on purpose to get them to purchase them there. Never have I had this issue before with any other vet. From my understanding all they had to do was fax the prescription and they rest would have been handled. Like I said they’re nice and helped my dog but feel like they want you to spend more money there so they make it hard to take care of your pets meds on your own. It’s very frustrating. Request a physical prescription from them if you want to purchase your own meds.
Jan 07, 2025 · Adryana PoulinI have been taking my dog here since we rescued him in July and I have been happy every single appointment we have had. The first appt we had, Dr. Owens called me and was extremely thorough with the information from the exam. The staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful and my puppy likes going there and feels very comfortable with them. I highly recommend this vet.
