From start the finish the staff at Royal Vista is amazing. They are friendly, professional, and very caring. Dr.Sapora was very thorough in explaining the CCL injury and surgery and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. He is very kind, caring, and gave me full confidence in his expertise. Everyone took amazing care of my Lottie during all stages of her surgery. I'd also like to compliment how great the housekeeping staff was. They were constantly cleaning the facility and were friendly and smiling. This is so much appreciated when you walk in to a vet office to smell that it's clean and can visibly see it. It made me 100% confident that the entire facility including kennels and operating room were kept clean and sanitary which is so important. Thank you all for your amazing animal care and dedication! 💖

Royal Vista was absolutely amazing. My dog had zero platelets and was limping on her leg so I was referred here as an emergency. She had to be admitted for 2 hospital stays and were ultimately told she had an extremely rare and aggressive cancer. The whole staff was so kind and compassionate. Dr Deatherage was the internal medicine specialist and she was amazing. She was adamant about finding the cause of my dogs lack of platelets with other doctors and provided us with answers. She went above and beyond with giving explanations and options. She was honest about the outcome with led us to the decision of laying out sweet girl to rest. I have never been through this before and she was so compassionate and patient. She answered my continued questions of why this happened and why I didn’t see the signs. She provided me with comfort and let me know I did everything I could. She showed me the X-rays and was very thorough in explaining what happened and why. I just can’t thank her enough and it’s doctors like her that make these impossible situations easier. If you unfortunately have an emergency, Royal Vista is 100% where to go. Everyone we interacted with was kind and understanding. I will never forget the care they gave my Porter.

This was my second interaction with the RV Emergency Team. I can't express how caring and thoughtful everyone is. The staff at the front were so sweet and caring. Dr. McCarthy was amazing in setting out a plan to find out why my Cat was sick. They were respectful of my "budget" but still delivering the utmost care. I did not feel like they were forcing me to do procedures that weren't warranted at this time. Her team was very caring and knowledgeable. My kitty is back to herself (mostly), a test still pending. I've had experience with other ER Vets and this place is definitely my go to ER. Recommend HIGHLY!

Alls we can say is WOW! What a phenomenal experience we had here. The facility was very clean, and welcoming! We were only in town visiting on military leave from Missouri. We brought our cat in, and was seen immediately, (not knowing he was a priority 1 patient). Dr. Larson was the first doctor we interacted with and although it was an emergency she ensured rascal would be taken care of! We took him in around noon on the 22nd and he was undergoing his procedure within hours and all updates were called in to us with welcoming interactions all through his 72 hours of hospitalization. All doctors that took care of Rascal did an amazing job and we can’t thank them enough for taking care of our baby boy. We would come here over and over and over again if we had to, and would make our primary vet if we were local. Nothing was kept secret, or from us, we had an estimate of Rascals potential expenses within minutes of finding out what was wrong (which gave us the ability to figure out how we would afford it) the estimate included the low and high end of the prices, so that there were no surprises. At the end of rascals time there, our price was on the lower end, as Dr. Larson had told us “more than likely we’re always closer to the lower end.” Which was an amazing relief, especially around Christmas time. Everything about Royal Vista was so welcoming, and ensuring our baby was taken care of, we even received pictures of Rascal! The fact that the techs took time out of their busy days to send us picture updates, just made everything for us that much better. This truly sets them apart, for their genuine compassion for our baby. Everything was so smooth, and the doctors were very confident, and we always had great interactions with them, even if we called a million times to check on Rascal. We were also able to visit him everyday he was there, there wasn’t a time they said they were “too busy” or even with a full waiting room they were able to get us in to see our baby boy. After we found out rascal could be discharged it was a very smooth process, the doctor on duty (can’t remember his name) was super informative and walked us through everything rascal had been through, received and been administered. Was very thorough on discharge directions, and step by step guidance on medicine giving. Rascal was discharged on Christmas, and has been back to his normal self (other than the pain meds that make him drowsy). We are so happy to have our baby boy back, and so thankful for the best veterinarians that took care of him, and probably saved his life, had we not brought him in, and their ability to take care of him. We are so thankful for royal vista and everything they did to keep our family whole! 10 out of 10 recommend, and would bring every single one of our six animals there again, if need be! Thanks again for everything. EVERYTHING and every encounter we had here was SPOT ON. One last time Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding care for our beloved pet!

I am so grateful to Royal VIsta. They were so attentive and was able to do same day surgery for my pup who had a dislocated hip and needed a FHO urgently. I was impressed with everyone I met and felt the vets were so dedicated to their patients and the families. I highly recommend this vet hospital.
