I would avoid doing business with this corporation. If I could give them Zero stars, I would. I am still owed over a $500 refund for daycare package when the Palm Harbor abruptly closed in March 2024. I have sent countless emails to the finance department, operations department and even CEO Denise Wolin— most of which have been unanswered. I even filed a complaint to the BBB in August to which Denise replied to them stating I would be getting my refund shortly. It has been 4 months since that reply and I still have not gotten my refund. BBB reopened the case and now they refuse to reply to them and are continue to ignore my emails. When you call the Tampa location, all they say is it’s up to the finance department but can’t offer me a phone number to contact anyone directly and no one responds to their emails. Based on other reviews, this company owes a lot of customers and vendors money and I doubt they will be open much longer so save yourself the trouble and support another company with a better reputation and customer relations.

I drove over 35 minutes to visit the only remaining Royals location after the one near my house closed, only to be met with a disappointing experience. The gentleman who greeted me had an attitude, making me uncomfortable from the start. He mentioned being overwhelmed and behind by almost 2 hours. When I requested additional services and organic products, he sighed, rolled his eyes, and said it was tedious at that moment. Nearly 2 hours later, I received a call saying my dog was too shy for the clippers, something other technicians never mentioned. He suggested it might be because he was a man. WHAT?? His haircut ended up being extremely uneven, and he was visibly scared. This visit was a waste of time and gas. I will not be returning to this location or any other. Poor customer service and a terrible business experience. I wish I had read their other reviews here on Google. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY if you care about your furry one at all. 🙏🏽

Horrible experience with the grooming services. Jagged, uneven, choppy cuts. Asked for a schnauzer cut and received a poorly executed shave. Do not let the groomer Philip touch your dog’s hair. He rushed the grooming and didn’t bother following through with our clearly stated requests—a simple schnauzer cut for both of our miniature schnauzers. If Philip has experience, it definitely does not show. The absolute worst groomer I’ve ever had the displeasure of utilizing. I would highly suggest Royal Pets address this issue to ensure Philip and/or other staff do not repeat his inexcusable mistakes. His work is sloppy and he obviously does not take pride in his work. Royal Pets should never have allowed this to happen. I was told the manager Shirley would call to discuss the issue, but never received a call. We will not be returning.

I showed the groomer a picture of how short I wanted my dog's hair cut, but they kept saying, "I can shape her up." I repeatedly told them several times I wanted her hair cut short, and they assured me they understood. However, when I picked up my dog, her hair was the same length all over, except for her legs and butt, which were patchy and uneven. This is the second time coming here and my first experience wasn’t the best but since it was a different groomer I gave it another chance. I won’t be giving it a 3rd chance especially with how much we pay just to have them not do what we ask.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The guy at front desk was rude. My dogs were up to date on all their vaccinations. They just had their bordella that is good for a year. The guy said the vet requires a 6 month one. Why would I give them another one when they just had it. I had them call my vet from my other state and he argued with her on the phone. Furthermore he said he didn't see the date on the vaccine records, the date it was given and the due date for all was on there.
