I’ve taken my dog here twice now for her annual check up. Both times the staff and have been very polite. However, this time I feel they went above and beyond regarding explaining things as well as the care for my dog. You can tell that the staff there, including Dr. Tucker, love animals. My dog has anxiety with unfamiliar people and the staff there made her feel comfortable. Will continue to go here and recommend to anyone with animals.

Dr Tucker and her staff are the best EVER!!! I travel from outside of Kingston to go there because they are caring and compassionate! I’ve had bad experiences and lost some cats due to negligence and misdiagnosis!

I had been using a different vet who spayed my black mouth car. They used stitches and gave her an antibiotic and almost killed her. I can’t think the staff at round top enough for receiving my Coco. Sincerely, Dwight.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not accommodate dogs who aren’t deemed as “sick”. Very expensive. They’re all about money and not personable at all. They push medications without much explanation on the risks and benefits. Harassing phone calls even after an unfortunate situation was explained to them. Will not be bringing our pets to them in the future.
