Rosehill Veterinary Hospital

Very caring and thorough vets who clearly love all the pets they see. They cared for my senior cat while he was with us, and even though he had to receive end-of-life care at a different facility, they sent me a sympathy card filled with sweet, personal messages from the staff. Now, I'm taking my two new cats for care here. I feel very assured and supported in this clinic's care.

My puppy needed to be seen right away and they took us in right away and was very informative and nice. Prices are fair. The only issues Id say that bothered me is that the lobby was empty when we arrived and there was A TON of other dogs hair all over the place. There was maybe 3-4 workers behind desk and no one cleaning the lobby. My puppy was sniffing the floor and had another dogs big ball of hair all over her face. It was gross. Also, they had a dog behind the desk and it was making my puppy hyper and nervous. Other than that, they were very nice and I felt they love animals. Only other thing I thought was ridiculous that they charge your card before your visit for the appointment just incase you dont show up. Never heard of that before. It was alright tho. Id go there again.

The veterinarians here are great they are very caring and loving with your pets. They go out of their way to make sure you're completely informed they take the time to discuss the best treatments for your pets and so on. But when it comes to the secretaries or the people that answer the phone they are awful or maybe they just don't care . Every single time I have called that place someone picks up and just sits there doesn't say anything and if you don't say anything they hang up other times when I've called there they pick up the phone and just sit there silently and I say hello and then somebody finally says yes . And then I have to ask is this Rose Hill veterinary hospital. And then finally you get a yes how can I help you. Maybe in this day and age companies don't train their people to answer the phone the proper way. Like they should answer it hello Rose Hill veterinary hospital how can I help you not just set their silently and then hang up. Clearly those secretaries don't want to do their job and they hope that the people will either hang up not call back or go somewhere else. Not to mention they are very short and kind of rude when speaking . I see other reviews I'm not the only one that's had problems with the front desk staff . I would have given the veterinarians four stars . But I only left three stars because the front desk staff are unprofessional . Rude and have no sympathy at all towards their patients . This place would be amazing if they would hire professional front desk staff that knew how to do their job

I had been with a Vet over 30 years. I changed, to Reyn. Vet. I would never want to go to any other Vet and I have several cats. The doctor and the staff were very kind and professional. They understood I was on a tight budget. My cat, a rescue, Tippy, wasn’t even afraid for being cared for. The staff was top notch and explained things in great detail. I have been going to Rosehill for over 30 years! Loved Dr. Place, may he rest in peace. I really love Dr. Geer! He is so knowledgeable and really spends a lot of time with you.
