Rosehill Veterinary Clinic Introduce

Welcome to Rosehill Veterinary Clinic, your local Pet Hospital Near You, located at 17719 Farm to Market 2920 in Tomball, Texas. While we have served the community for many years, recent customer feedback indicates a change in the perceived experience.

Initial reviews suggest an environment where staff are extremely caring and sensitive to pets' needs, with animals reportedly liking them instantly. The service was once considered the best in Houston by some clients. However, more recent feedback describes a shift in the clinic's approach, with concerns raised about increasing costs and additional fees, even when the clinic is not busy. One long-term client of 30 years reported being charged significant 'work-in' fees for same-day appointments, leading to dissatisfaction with the current pricing structure.

Rosehill Veterinary Clinic offers veterinary services for pets. While the initial experience was praised for its caring and sensitive approach, recent feedback highlights concerns about pricing practices. A long-term client reported being charged substantial fees for being 'worked in' for appointments, even in emergencies, on top of already high standard charges. This has led to questions about the value and fairness of the pricing, particularly for loyal customers during urgent situations. The clinic's response to these concerns involved terminating the relationship with the dissatisfied long-term client.

A key feature of Rosehill Veterinary Clinic in Tomball, TX, was once its extremely caring and sensitive approach to pets, earning high recommendations. However, recent feedback points to a potential change in business practices, with concerns about 'nickel and diming' loyal customers through significant additional fees for same-day appointments, even when the clinic is not busy. This shift in pricing strategy, coupled with the termination of a long-term client's relationship following their negative review, suggests a need for local users to consider recent feedback alongside earlier positive experiences when evaluating this clinic.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available. However, local users in Tomball, TX, should be aware of both the earlier positive reviews highlighting the caring nature of the clinic and the more recent concerns regarding increasing costs and customer service responses to pricing complaints when making their decision about veterinary care for their pets.

Update: Because I left this review the office manager this morning said they were terminating my relationship with their service after 30 years. This isn’t the same place it was before. Good place, I have gone here for 30 years. But now they nickel and dime you. Charged me $140 to “work in my dog” when I showed up, the waiting room and parking lot were empty. The next time they charged $70 to “work my dog in” who had to be euthanized. That is on top of the $300-500 charges every time you walk in their door. I’m all about places making money, but this is ridiculous. In response to the reply: I tried to talk to you and discuss this. You charged me $70 one time and double the second. I have been a long time client. It’s already expensive to properly provide veterinarian care for our babies, and higher up all the time. What option do we have with an emergency or unplanned sickness then to call upon the current vet? Then we ask to fit us in within a day or two, and we get a fee on top of the regular fees? Charge 20-50 bucks fine, but $70 or 140? It just seems like you are making money on your loyal customers in their most vulnerable time. I could understand if it’s after hours, but your staff is already there, many just hanging out and talking. Maybe make extra money in other areas?

Rosehill vet has that hometown feel, recently got a kitten and had a cat pass. Caile was super friendly and knowledgeable on what to do with a new kitten and got us on track. Caile was also very supportive when our ole man cat passed, talked us through the options and while being sympathetic. The techs and doctors got the visits done in a timely manner with great communication. Definitely a great place to take your pets.

We just started going to Rosehill Vet Clinic in the last year, and we have been very happy! We have dogs from 8 months old to 17 years old, and they truly care for them all. Highly recommend all the doctors and staff!

Receptionists and staff were great! They saw my cat right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. The doctor is sincere in his work, and I appreciate their expertise.
